Stunning location, impressive apartment!
Pros: Wonderful location. The most beautiful street in Rome, it is quiet, green, safe, although just 5 minutes walking distance from the busy Spanish steps. Very good coffee and breakfast in the cafe downstairs, beautiful church bells outside the window. The apartment itself is stunning! High ceilings, luxurious comfortable beds, big, soundproof windows, blackout curtains. We slept very well. The towels and soap were provided, there was also an iron and hair dryer. Kitchen was clean, with new sponge and cloth by the sink. Communication with the host was great, fast and efficient.
Cons: The apartment is hands down wonderful. And the street is incredible. Do not expect a fully stacked kitchen, there's a kettle and a coffee machine but you need to get your own tea, sugar and coffee pods, salt, pepper, oil. Everything you'd need for cooking or a hot drink you'll have to buy in the shop downstairs. That didn't bother us, we ate out all days anyway and cafe downstairs had the best coffee in Rome! 100% recommend

A pleasant and convenient stay - I highly recommend it.
Pros: This property was furnished with a kitchenette, so I was able to prepare the meals I wanted to prepare for myself, and eat out when I wanted. 2 Carrefour markets within 5 minutes walk, and dozens of restaurants, trattorias and other food options within a couple of blocks. Minutes from bus and metro stops, and in a fun neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Ottimo soggiorno a Roma
Pros: Appartamento spaziosissimo. Letto matrimoniale king size. Due bagni a disposizione. Possibilità di usare cucina, frigo e ferro da stiro.. Posizione eccezionale a 2 passi da piazza di Spagna e piazza del Popolo e dalle loro stazioni metro. Pronta e cortesissima assistenza via whatsapp.
Cons: Manutenzioni di piccolo conto, effettuate prontamente dopo segnalazione.

Uma das ruas mais bacanas e calmas de Roma! Lugar e apto execelente!
Pros: O Apto é ótimo, tudo limpo e exatamente igual ao das fotos. Confortável, bonito, uma delicia de ficar! A rua é incrivel, calma, gostosa e perto de tudo!
Cons: Um dos dias o link para abertura da porta nao funcionou e tivemos que ficar esperando pelo menos uns 40 min até eu conseguir falar com a propriedade e ter uma solucao. Mas foram super atenciosos.

Pros: Great location, the check-in process was very easy and electronic. You will receive a link that allows you to open the building door, and then the apartment door. I liked the high ceiling as it made the room feel more spacious and relaxing.
Cons: Although the electronic entry is great and I had no issues with it, we had no backups for entry in case our phones battery died, so just keep that in mind. Another thing is the elevator which quite small, we had to take two trips to take our luggage into the apartment, still not a deal breaker. I would gladly book this apartment again if I ever visit Rome again.

Relaxing, charming, delightful. Very classy apartment very comfortable beds good communication from the staff.
Pros: Beautiful location with the gorgeous surroundings in the Spanish area of Rome. Couldn’t be better couldn’t be more charming located near the Spanish steps and in good proximity of all locations in Rome. Very classy surrounding community top notch. Will come again if we visit Rome.

Pros: Location is superb. Comfy bed, spacious, lots of light, conditioner, huge beautiful windows facing church bells on other side of the street. Two showers were a big plus for two of us. Elevator, if you have heavy laggage. Kitchen Grocery stores nearby Communication with host via Watsup was prompt and easy. Online app for opening and closing doors worked fine, even though I do not find it the most convenient. Just make sure you have your phone charged and app open before approaching the building - there is a weak internet reception. Definitely would recommend.
Cons: - While the main door to the building is on a quiet Marguta street, apartment itself is located on Babuino - parallel street, which is very busy and noisy even at night and early morning. If you do not mind to sleep with earplugs, make sure to have them with you. For us this was not a big deal this time. - Having salt, pepper, olive oil and complementary tea bags and coffee would certainly elevate our experience, as we needed to go to a grocery store immediately after arrival.

Cómodo, moderno y bien ubicado
Pros: Departamento moderno. Bien ubicado. Ambiente dormitorio principal / sala de estar muy muy amplio.
Cons: El espacio ducha del baño principal es estrecho y los mandos muy sensibles (pequeños toques - casi inevitables - alteran la temperatura o cierran el agua). Si no conoces Roma, tené en cuenta que no hay indicaciones sobre cómo moverte en la ciudad. No tuvimos contacto físico con ninguna persona. El acceso digital funcionó bien. Pero, si tengo algún problema con mi celular durante la estancia, no puedo entrar al depto.
