Cons: Lack of bedroom accessories in second bedroom, ie mirrors, bedside tables. Hooks. Lack of soft seating in lounge area for 4 people.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Belsiana Luxury Apartments and I would recommend it for 2 couples or 1 couple and 1 young

Pros: Rome is of course a fantastic place to visit and Belsiana Luxury Apartments are in one of the best locations to access many sites, restaurants, cafes and shops. I loved that I could open the window and hear the sounds of Rome at night. Small delicatessens/grocery stores are close by too. The host was extremely helpful with quick communication. Our apartment didn’t have a washer/dryer but we were given access to another apartment to do our washing, before the next guests arrived. It was also helpful to have an elevator in the building, even though it was tiny.

Cons: The ensuite bathroom, which is separate from the bedroom, is very spacious although the clear glass shower is in the bedroom, as another reviewer has mentioned. The main bathroom however is very small and difficult to manage with toiletry items etc. However, high quality hair driers were provided in each of the bathrooms which was a nice touch. The double beds in both of the bedrooms were very comfortable, however the double sofa bed was not comfortable at all and I would not recommend it for more than a couple of nights, if at all. The living area is also small so that if you have the sofa bed made up, you have to push the dining table aside to make room.

Pros: Posizione, accoglienza molto confortevole, pulizia. Adatto a soggiorni anche di più giorni con la famiglia grazie agli spazi confortevoli e alla zona giorno molto funzionale.

Pros: Sistemazione molto confortevole per due adulti e due ragazzi di 9 e 14 anni. Cucina accessoriata, bagni nuovi e letti confortevoli. Luminoso e in ottima posizione,è in una traversa di via dei Condotti vicina a tanti luoghi di interesse da raggiungere a piedi o in metro. Pulizia impeccabile, desidero ringraziare proprio la ragazza che se ne occupa che è stata gentilissima.

Pros: Appartamento bellissimo ,curato nei minimi particolari ,letti comodissimi ,bagni molto belli ... veramente tutto impeccabile . Posizione centralissima ... proprio a piazza di Spagna . Host disponibilissima ... ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli prima dell check in . Davvero un soggiorno piacevole .
