Comfort and Space.

Pros: Huge spacious quiet apartment in central Rome with easy access to Spagna and Barberini Metro. Simply but tastefully furnished. Recently renovated and well equipped kitchen. For us, at the end of a 3-4 week tour it was great to have room to spread out, organise and repack. Excellent shower although the bathroom is showing its age a bit in comparison to the rest of the property. It was at the top end of our budget, but worth it to have this comfort and space. Communication beforehand and a personal meet & greet on arrival were very good.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, but to have a washing machine would have been a bonus.

Pros: A wonderfull appartment, big space and very good location in the city center. You can easily explore Rome on foot. Flexible regarding check in hour.

Spain 🇪🇸

Pros: Excelente ubicación en un edificio con mucha historia. A 5 minutos de la Plaza de España, a 10 de la Fontana di Trevi y el Partenón. El apartamento es muy amplio, bien decorado y funcional. La cama cómoda, de 1,80 cm, también el sofá cama del salón, donde pueden dormir hasta dos personas. La cocina está completa y justo debajo del apartamento hay un supermercado con precios aceptables para ser el centro de Roma. Dentro no se oye ningún ruido ya que es un piso interior. Los vecinos igualmente silenciosos. Hemos pasado una semana allí y si volvemos a Roma nos volveremos a alojar aquí.

Cons: Solamente que al ser un edificio antiguo las tuberías del baño olían mal en algún momento, pero eso es inevitable y con un poco de ambientador se soluciona.

A delightful stay to end our trip in Italy!

Pros: This was such a lovely apartment near to the city centre. A comfortable big apartment with everything provided for. The water bath was good, the heater in the apartment was good, the lighting was bright, everything was so good. All the nice eateries and place of interest were within walking distance. The apartment was quiet and the bed comfortable for good night rest. Davide was a great host! All response was quick and fast. Our check in process was quick and on-time. Will highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to ROME!

Increíble estancia en Roma

Pros: La verdad que la estancia en el departamento fue increíble. Davide una gran persona, cálida y súper dispuesto a ayudar. El departamento tiene un ubicación excelente!!!. Me hospedé con mi hijo y mi pareja y todos más que felices. Además, la limpieza y el estado impecable del departamento superaron todas las expectativas. Ni sufrimos ni la subida/bajada de valijas ya que el edificio tiene ascensor, algo poco común en Roma. Gracias Davide!!!

Superbe, mais effort à faire sur le nettoyage

Pros: La localisation est top et il n’y a aucun bruit. Accueil très agréable de Davide, super ponctuel.

Cons: La propreté n’était pas incroyable. Particulièrement le sol de la douche qui était vraiment pas bien nettoyé (traces noire de saleté). Il y avait de la poussière ça et là et le sol était pas super propre.
