Pros: Great location with easy access to the other parts of the city. Brand new building with security agent at the entrance. The appartment is well furnished (including Nepresso coffee machine, washing mashine etc) Beautiful spacious terrrace. There are supermarkets, cafés and bars around, so you can easily have a breakfast or pizza.
Cons: Only one thing: the sofa brd was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement.

Lovely apartment and amenities, fantastic location
Pros: The apartment is located near Trastevere, which is wonderful because you have access to one of the best areas for shopping for souvenirs and dining. The bus stop is also very close. It’s a very modern place with beautiful facilities, impeccable cleanliness, a terrace, and an amazing view. The apartment has blackout and noise-reducing blinds, which ensure a good night’s sleep. It also has a washing machine, which was very convenient for us since we had been on a tour around Europe and needed to do laundry. There is a supermarket on the corner and several restaurants nearby. The elevator is quite spacious, there is controlled access, and the security guards are very friendly. The host was very kind and attentive to our needs, the check-out process was very easy, and there was hot water at all times.
Cons: The bed is very firm, and if you’re not used to sleeping on a mattress like this, like me, unfortunately you may not sleep well. The sofa bed also isn’t very comfortable, as you can feel the springs.

Beautiful apartment, top value for money.
Pros: Beautiful apartment, not in downtown, but in front of bus/train station (like 15 minutes from downtown or 25min walk).
Cons: Hot water in the shower needs to wait 2-3 minutes. Maybe this was the case when we were because maybe there was not too many people in the building? But you need to be patient and wait :)

Pros: I loved the location of this property, just out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist parts of Rome but still very close to everything. The free parking with a rental car was great and the proximity to authentic Rome restaurants was perfect for us. Everything was modern and made the stay comfortable.

Pros: Very nice and comfort modern apartment with the security guide at the entrance. Nice host Flavio who was waiting for us and take care. Everything was smooth and professional and we enjoyed our stay. There are few groceries near by and is easy to supply for breakfast or dinner.
Cons: Location is on the border of the city center and it is 30-35 walk to tourist sights. There is not much to do in that neighborhood. But public transportation is 100m from the apartment and it is easy to reach center. It is really convenient. Very good parking in the garage but I had issue to enter due to steep entrance, even I scratched the bottom of the car, fortunately I didn't suffer damage (limousine). This is the only reason I didn't gave 9 (superb).

Pros: It has a very good location, it is located near a bus station that has literally all the buses you need to get to the city. The appartment is very good with big terrace and it is exceptionally clean. The check in time was changeable.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay! The host was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during my visit. Pros: Just got back from 8 day stay in this apartment in Trastevere. It was great, very clean and within all distance from bars/restaurants and supermarkets. A lovely area and very well communicated to the owner. The security man at night was super polite as well. We really enjoyed it. Thank you. Hope to come again here
