Casa di Marco a Trastevere

Great find in a traditional part of Rome.

Pros: Excellent value for money. The location of the apartment was very convenient and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Public transport options very close and easy walking distance to local shops, bars, etc. Sunday flea market in streets right outside. Marco was the perfect host and we would definitely return to his place. Some minor tweaks would make the apartment perfect.

Great stay

Pros: It was big, a flat to ourselves, with every commodity needed : kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms, a big living room, everything needed was there

Our stay in Rome

Pros: The appartment is spacious and cosy, you feel like home. Initally we booked for two, some friends decided to join, and we were four. It had plenty of space to accomodate everyone. The appartement was already heated when we arrived ( we booked in December), it has good WiFi, TV and very close to all attractions ( by tram and bus 10-15min). Plenty of pizzeria and gelateria in the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere, where the appartment is located.If you like flea markets, there is one every Sunday, on the streets around the appartment.

A few days in Rome

Pros: Quiet location, short bus ride to all of the main attractions in Rome. Marco was very helpful, friendly and accomodating throughout our stay, we would definitely stay here again!.

Excellent property to stay in Rome

Pros: Casa di Marco was a well maintained and a cozy space. The owner is a friendly and kind gentleman. He helped us by giving us an early check in and a late check out as well. The house has two rooms with adequate space in the living room. The location is very good and is well connected by both tram and bus. Has plenty of options to dine in the vicinity. A good option to stay while in Rome.

Great stay

Pros: Location is comfortable - it's not the very city centre, but tram/bus stop are really close, and it's easy to get to anywhere. The apartment is spacy, kitchen is fully equipped, bed - comfortable, bathroom in good condition.

Cons: The apartment is a bit tired and needs some redecoration, but it's not critical for us. The only annoying thing was that the door of the kitchen cabinet above the sink is broken and cannot be fixed while open. Another point is poor sound isolation.

Excelente departamento, tranquilo y cerca de todo

Pros: La ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, acceso a transporte variado, cercana a estación del tren Trastevere. Departamento amplio, con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días Marco muy amablemente nos dio la bienvenida y nos indico como movernos en Roma

Cons: La 2da habitación muy pequeña, solo las 2 camas entran...

Pros: Марко прекрасный хозяин, внимательный и заботливый. Квартира просторная, было чисто, тихо и безопасно,. Есть все необходимое (в том числе гладильная доска и утюг). Хорошее расположение: рядом с вокзалом, удобно было добраться с аэропорта на поезде; до основных достопримечательностей несколько остановок на трамвае; рядом кафе и рестораны, где можно позавтракать и поужинать. Блошинный рынок по воскресеньям прямо под окнами. Нам понравилось пребываиние в апартаментах Марко. Рекомендую. Удачи!

Pros: Perto do centro, com transportes para todo o lado. Super, café e comboio para o aeroporto muito próximo. Marco foi sempre atencioso. Tivemos um pequeno problema na primeira noite com o chuveiro mas foi resolvido logo de manhã no dia seguinte, melhor impossível. Casa limpa e com as comodidades anunciadas. Zona tranquila para ir com crianças. Prédio antigo mas cuidado. Elevador a funcionar.

Pros: Casa pulita , tranquilla,grande e calda .. posizione buona ,vicina ai servizi e per chi ama camminare, non serve l'auto.. propietario, Marco,molto disponibili e gentile.. consiglio
