Great spot!
Pros: Location for us to Villa Borghese was essential. Lovely area. Short easy walk to Rome Termini station . Very spacious apartment. Good shower.
Cons: Some building work going on in the same street was a bit noisy .

Spacious apartment in the center of Rome
Pros: We liked the location, large rooms (plenty of space for everybody and everything), high healings, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, balcony. The owner met us at arrival, though we were late because of a plane delay, about which we informed the owner. We had a late check-out free of charge.
Cons: We had some ants problems, which were fixed by the owner (with the help of ants traps). Bathroom accessories are shabby, they need to be refixed.

Fantastic location, apartment set up perfect for our family
Pros: Location is fantastic, it's a short walk to the Spanish steps, there are loads of restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment layout was perfect for our family, having a double and twin bedroom means the children do not have to share a bed. The lounge is a great area to hang out together in the mornings and evenings.

Todo excelente, muy amplio y cómodo y muy bien ubicado.
Pros: El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Tiene todas las comodidades para una familia de 4. Estaba limpio cuando llegamos y además es muy seguro, ya que tiene una puerta blindada. Además, su ubicación es excelente.
Cons: El WIFI solo funcionaba en el living y, al ser tan amplio, en el resto de las habitaciones no funcionaba bien o directamente no lo encontraba.

Amplio departamento en roma
Pros: El dpto es super espacioso, se encuentra cerca de la fontana de trevi, estuvimos 2 dias pero la pasamos muy bien gracias a la gran amplitud q ofrece, mateo que nos recibio muy amable, cuando se llega hay que pagar el tax de alojamiento de roma que pudimos pagarlo cn tarjeta

Pros: Sehr geräumig, große Zimmer. Sehr zentral, in 10min beim Fontana Di Trevi.
Cons: Schlechtes WLAN, auch am Handy schlechte Verbindung, da die Hausmauer dick sind.

Я б із задоволенням повернулася знов
Pros: Дуже привітний господар, зустрів показав квартиру. В квартирі є всі необхідні речі які потрібні для самостійного приготування їжі. Тепло і комфортно було. Та ще і поруч всі цікаві місця для відпочинку і багато памʼяток історії.

Experiencia para repetir
Pros: Maravilloso! Ubicación perfecta, se puede ir andando a todos los monumentos y plazas importantes. El piso es grande y perfecto para 4 personas, hasta 5 diría y muy cómodas. Muy limpio, y muy agradecidas con Emanuele, nos dejó hacer early check-in y late check-out. Recomendadísimo!
Cons: Por poner algo, y no es un problema en sí del alojamiento (tiene buenas ventanas para insonorizar) está en una calle muy céntrica y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle a todas horas, coches, restaurantes, etc. diría que si eres de sueño ligero, pues pasarás un poco de trabajo para descansar.
