Good
Pros: Excellent location. Good value for the price. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, hair dryer and TV in our room.
Cons: The shower cabin was very small. We were 2 people and there was only one blanket.

Pros: Very good location near Piazza Navona. Really efficient staff especially during check in the guy at the reception was very thoughtful and even translated for us instructions in Maltese, which was a first and felt very welcoming.
Cons: The apartment was ok for the price paid and especially the location… but would do with some renovations.

Rome
Pros: It was in a good location. Close to Piazza Navona. I had a studio apartment on the ground floor. The room was clean. It had a kettle, which is a bonus for me. There is a bit of noise in the neighbourhood but not too bad. I enjoyed my stay there.
Cons: The check-in process was a bit tricky as you had to go to another location. It was closed when I got there, but someone turned up before too long. I got an email later with entry codes etc. after I'd checked in. It would have been helpful to get that earlier.

Great location and okay value for money but not the most comfortable stay!
Pros: The location was amazing and view from bedroom 102 was stunning.
Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work very well. We were unable to connect to the WiFi from our room and had to use it in the common area. Also the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and the smell didn’t go away for our entire trip.

Unbeatable location with great value for money
Pros: The location is outstanding — steps away from Piazza Navona and within walking distance of the Pantheon, the Vatican, and the Trevi Fountain. The staff were attentive, and the value for money was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the size: even though I booked for one person, I was given a very spacious room with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. For central Rome at this price, that’s rare. The WiFi worked perfectly.
Cons: The property is old (as expected in Rome), but it would benefit from some remodeling. The walls and doors have some wear, the curtains fell on me and had to be put back in place, and my room — which seemed to be a repurposed side entrance — had a noticeable moldy scent. Since I was on the ground floor, I couldn’t open the windows to let in fresh air, and I often heard people outside. Finally, the main entrance door did not lock properly, which was a concern.

You couldn’t have a better location for it.
Pros: A friend recommended this place and when we initially arrived we were not really impressed with it but the following morning we realised how central it is for everything I genuinely will not book anywhere else in the future. It was fab.
Cons: The noise from the windows would keep you awake.
