Suite Palazzo Bonaventura

Wonderful,quiet appartment in the historic heart of Rome.

Pros: The location is unbeatable ! Just a few minutes from Piazza Navona at one end of the street and Ponte Sant Angelo at the other. But the most amazing thing is, that despite Via de Coronari being one of the busiest - and most photographed - shopping streets in Rome, the apartment was so quiet ! It always came as a surprise to step out of the front door every morning to find that all human life was there ! The other best thing about the appartment - apart from the wonderful cake that Frederica left us and which lasted over a week - was the large and extraordinarily comfortable double bed. I shall miss it when I get home.

Cons: It would have bee nice to have a dustpan and brush and a washcloth. However, the appartment was spotless and the charming Antoinetta arrived mid-visit and soon restored the place to its pristine state. Also, it is important to know that the appartment is up a lot of stone steps and if like my wife and I you struggle with your mobility (she sprained her ankle just before we left!) You migjt find this difficult. I should add that Frederica kindly asked her son ( thank you, Manfredi !) To help us with our cases at the end of our stay.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

Pros: We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment located on the edge of Piazza Navona. It was the perfect location for exploring the amazing sights of Rome. The street was filled with lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was situated in a family owned historical Palazzo filled with beautiful art and treasures. It was extremely comfortable with everything we needed during our stay. The delightful host Federica was extremely warm and welcoming and greeted us at the property. She provided great recommendations for local sights and favourite neighbourhood cafes and bars. She even baked a delicious cake for us to enjoy.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Some may find the 2 flights of stairs a challenge but it was not a problem for us.

Beautiful flat in an excellent location. Don't hesitate!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Frederica's place. This flat is perfectly located in a picturesque square. The flat has been lived in by the family and you can tell - it is full of character and warmth. Beautifully decorated. There are coffee / tea facilities and we were left fresh fruit and cake. Bathroom was clean with twin sinks. The bed is really comfortable and we had access to aircon which we were really grateful for as it was a very hot weekend! Frederica was very responsive throughout our stay via whatsapp and gave us many excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Do everything she recommends! It was a really memorable weekend and we can't recommend this place enough.

Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location with a great host

Pros: Fantastic old world apartment with great character and history but with all mod cons. Brilliant location, great host and just an overall fabulous experience. Highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Rome.

Beautiful apartment and lovely neighbourhood!

Pros: Our stay here was great! Apartment is really beautiful - you can feel the atmosphere of this old building and the old town in there. We had everything we need - apartment is well equiped, clean and spacious. Hosts were very kind and they were available to answer any questions all the time - we got also good advices and recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. And what is important, we loved the neighbourhood - street is beautiful and almost every touristic attraction can be reached on foot. I think there is no better place to feel the Roman atmosphere. We want to come back here already, and someday we will for sure! :)

Beautiful, old and tasteful apartment in the very heart of Roma!

Pros: What a beautiful historical apartment in the very heart of Roma! Lots of love to art and details, very friendly landlady, very comfortable, and quiet - apart from the dustbins, that are emptied at night, but that is Italy! Love it! Good Wifi, very central, good restaurants and everything you need.

A nice host, with an beautiful apartment who let you feel at home even during your holiday!

Pros: Alles war mehr als perfekt. Eine außergewöhlich schöne, ruhige, gemütliche, italienische-stilische Wohnung in optimaler zentraler Lage, um alles zu Fuß unternehmen zu können. Eine super verbindliche, flexible und freundliche Gasgeberin, mit der die Kommunikation unkompliziert und rasch geklappt hat. Auch die Begrüßung, Schlüsselübergabe, Einweisung und das Willkommen mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Obst sind klasse und laden zum Wohlfühlen ab dem ersten Moment ein. Wir sind rundum mehr als begeistert und hoffen, wieder mal Gast bei Federica sein zu dürfen. Mille Gracie, Federica.
