Great stay would stay there again

Pros: Location and the apartment size and it was clean and well presented.

Cons: Great to have a washing machine and iron but there was no ironing board or internal drying screen to use inside apartment.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Cleaning issues need to be addressed

Pros: Fantastic location. Kitchen well appointed. Very comfortable beds including the sofa bed. Favio greeted us and was super helpful.

Cons: Clearers were still cleaning when we arrived which was awkward. And on the day we were checking out at 9:30am my son was in the shower and I was in the bedroom when all of a sudden I heard a man’s voice and the cleaners had let themselves in. It was very startling and frustrating as we were not scheduled to leave until 11am. It took several attempts to get the sofa bed made up for my son which didn’t happen until the second day. On a side note the floors were so dirty walking from the bedroom to bathroom caused our feet to turn black in one pass.

Pros: Apartamento muy nuevo, bien decorado, cómodo, completo y muy bien ubicado (aunque la ubicación va por preferencias, pero en 20 minutos caminando podías plantarte en la plaza de Venecia). Aunque luego indicaré algunas pegas, tienen poco peso en relación con lo bueno.

Cons: Ventanas antiguas, el Trastévere es ruidoso en noches de fin de semana. La casa no tiene acceso a canales de TV. La televisión es smartTV así que tienes que darte de alta con tu plataforma de pago, si las tienes y te deja conectar fuera de tu domicilio. Cuando pedimos explicación nos recomendaron salir a la calle e ir a ver un concierto que había por el 1 de mayo (nos sonó a sorna). No hay ascensor (son 60 escalones). La puerta del apartamento se abre aproximando una tarjeta, y no hay opción de asegurar el cierre cuando estás dentro. finalmente no nos gustó que no nos permitieran dejar tres horas las maletas en el apartamento el último días mientras limpiaban, teniendo que pagar una consigna para tan poco tiempo (no creemos que fuera una gran molestia y no les costaba nada). nos cobraron 30 euros por llegar media hora después de la hora. Para un apartamento que cuesta tanto como un hotel hay demasiados puntos en contra.
