A quiet, friendly oasis in the heart of Rome

Pros: We had a brilliant view over the Diocletian baths in a quiet room with a wonderful shower and good tea and coffee facilities. So close to the train station, walking distance from key tourist sites, excellent breakfast, amazing staff. This hotel was at the end of a long European tour for us and we were really grateful for it as it really exceeded our expectations, was terrific value for money and you can’t beat the service of an enthusiastic, welcoming and engaged team.

Cons: Nothing really.

A perfect stay and New Years Eve in Rome

Pros: Waiter Davide at the breakfast buffet was outstanding, friendly, helpful, supportive, with a great every morning smile, the location nearby Termini and metro stations is perfect, a great Italian restaurant La Famiglia for locals on same street, the hotel staff was great

Cons: The elevator is really small and can be reached only after using some stairs what’s difficult with big and heavy luggage

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The staff is kind and helpful. I ordered a bottle of prosecco for birthday they even surprised us with ballons and a greeting card. The breakfast was exceptionally good, we were warmly welcomed every morning by the exceptionally kind staff. They do everything they can to make your stay the most enjoyable.

Cons: The mattress of the bed was too hard. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. We received a room facing the streets and it was a bit noisy sometimes.

Very friend and accomodating staff. Neat and Clean Room. Near Rome Central Train Terminal.

Pros: The staff were very accomodating. They allowed early check-in and gave us a very clear introduction on what are included in our booking. (free tour, sauna, gym, free lasagna at a specific restaurant.) A quick guide on the different tourist destinations using a map. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was very good.
