Kitchenette only apartment - ideal for a couple, efficient host & secure location near Roma Termini

Pros: This was a (very) last minute booking (due to a last minute cancellation by another accom), the communication was very good through the instructions in the app, everything was well organised regarding checkin and out - it was also sorted without meeting a host - it felt secure and all the necessities were present. We left early morning & everything felt easy. The closet was huge. There was an internal balcony and everything was working and clean. Nespresso machine with pods - provided. The location was very good near Roma Termini, it's up narrow stairs but lots of gates and doors which felt secure. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood and general city business.

Cons: The kitchen is a kitchenette - I was pleased to find an espresso machine but also not have need to cook a 4 person meal. It was very cold in Rome (end of December) and we were cold, with only small heaters available). This would be ideal for a couple,but a family of 4 - it felt under-equipped for self-catering and with the sofa bed out it felt more like a hotel suite - not an apartment. We did like the feel of the place though, especially as we only booked on the day in the late afternoon. Regular sized refrigerator and 4 stove rings, small sink. Very few kitchen accessories. Ensuite bathroom very nice but no toilet roll holder (risk of getting wet)-if 4 people shower - likely low on hot water.

Convenient location

Pros: Location was most important to us, and it was close to Termini train station, Colloseum and walking distance to most tourist attractions. Communication with the host was easy and the instructions how to find the place, access the apartment, pay city tax were clear. Clean towels and bedsheets.

Cons: What could be even better was: -Air conditioning was only in one of the two rooms and it was quite noisy - sofa bed in the living room/kitchen was very squeaky even with the slightest movement

Perfect place to stay in Rome!

Pros: The apartment is located in a very convenient location-close to the station and the sights. There are great places to eat ( Bar allo Statuto and Tempio di Mecenate) and a penny market around the building. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with her.

Cons: The apartment needs some refreshing.

Nice accommodation close to everything.

Pros: Location is perfect. In the centre of Rome, very easy access to the metro and walking distance to Termini station.

Cons: The apartment is not so bright

Good location, clean and nice apartment.

Pros: Perfect location, close to metro and train station. The apartment was clean, kitchen has been very good with all necessary stuffs.

Cons: A little bit complicated way for payment of the city tax.

Pros: Nice location , quiet at night , eazy to get around , nearby main station and Metro.

Super séjour, je recommande ce logement qui reste abordable par rapport à d'autres !

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de l'hôte et nous la remercions. Le séjour était très agréable et l'appartement est assez bien situé (car nous aimons marcher), seulement 15 min à pieds du Colisée, sinon il est aussi facile de prendre les transports.
