Comfortable, good location
Pros: Very spacious. Handy to have a washing machine. Good location, very close to the Trevi fountain. TV in the lounge and bedrooms.
Cons: A bit drab, not as bright as in the photos and the view from the windows is into other buildings. There are no curtains only shutters on the bedrooms, so if you want privacy you have to close the shutters, but then it’s very dark. No tea, coffee, sugar. No cleaning, so for a weeks stay I was washing our towels. I wasn’t impressed that when booking it listed the methods of payment as credit card, no cash, but then a week before arriving I received a message saying I had to pay the balance in cash! When I questioned this I was told they’re changing banks and can only take cash. I complained to booking.com who advised they take all methods of payment, but again, when we checked in was told cash only. Also we had to check in at a different building to get a key to the buildings front door (we were told the electronic lock was broken, but had no issue with it the whole stay). From here it was a 10min walk to the apartment with our children and lots of luggage. Unlike other accommodation we have been staying in, there was no-one to meet you at the apartment and show you around. This would have been much easier!

Really enjoyed a comfortable, well located stay but it’s a bit stark.
Pros: The location is fantastic, very handy for the sights and everything you could need on your doorstep. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, aircon works well. The management company were very responsive and helpful. Washing machine was very useful. Its disadvantages lessened in our minds throughout the day as they were very much outnumbered by its advantages.
Cons: It’s a bit stark. Outlook from all windows is onto not very attractive inner courtyards. Could have done with some voile covering bedroom windows (there are shutters for privacy but then it’s dark).

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a very good location. You can go almost everywhere on foot.
Cons: There was a misunderstanding/ miscommunication about the money before we got there.

Pros: Proprietatea este foarte spatioasa, cu o bucatarie/living mare, doua dormitoare generoase si 2 bai moderne. Spatiul este foarte mare, ideal pentru 4 adulti. Apartamentul este amplasat foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice, Fontana di Trevi este la 3 min de mers pe jos.

Alojarte aqui, facilita todo!!
Pros: La ubicación extraordinaria, el departamento amplio, super cómodo y con absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos para nuestros días allí. Mas que comida no tuvimos que comprar nada, todo lo necesario para el día a día estaba allí esperándonos. Recomendable 1000%.
Cons: Nada.

Pros: L'emplacement est TOP TOP TOP, à 5 min à pied de la fontaine de Trevi. Le logement est très bien isolé, très propre et très confortable.
Cons: La déception à été de payer en espèce et d'avoir su un jour avant d'arriver ! Nous avons demandé une facture que nous n'avons jamais eu.

We loved this location! We walked by the Trevi fountain so many times and really got the Rome experience being near seve
Pros: Location, location, location! The ease of getting into the building and a code on the door. No keys to worry about.
Cons: I didn’t like that it took us a day to figure out where the washer was. It was located on the balcony and the host who is a management company kept telling me it had to be in the kitchen or bathroom. I started thinking they were telling me I needed to wash clothes in the sinks or bidet. Also the hall lights were in the on motion sensors which were ultra sensitive and very annoying.
