Perfect for a Rome stay!

Pros: We loved the location, a really fun neighbourhood near the tram, very safe. Host was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. There was loads of space and the apartment was well equipped. Lots of hot water, easy to walk to the supermarket. We loved our stay.

Excellent and comfortable stay in Rome

Pros: The self catering apartment is on the ground floor with both an entrance from the main building and a separate private entrance with a nice garden/patio. Everything was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom has got a washing machine and free toiletries and towels were provided. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and the beds are very comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. The location is good in a residential street and a frequent tram (number 8) takes you to the centre of Rome (Piazza Venezia) in about 20/30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Une excellente adresse

Pros: Tout est très bien dans cet appartement. Il se trouve dans un quartier sûr et tranquille, très bien relié par les transports (tram et bus). On peut se garer gratuitement. Nous y avons déjà séjourné et nous y revenons toujours ! Il y a de bons magasins à proximité, ainsi que des traiteurs et des restaurants. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et confortable. L'accueil est parfait, merci à Rino pour sa gentillesse. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse, le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons: Rien. Tout était très bien.

Pros: Casa super accogliente,pulita,dotata di qualsiasi confort, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, wifi,posizione ottimale e il signor Rino(il proprietario )è stata la ciliegina sulla torta,super accogliente,ci ha informato su tutto si è reso disponibile a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Io purtroppo sono stata in questa struttura perché dovevo subire un' intervento in una clinica lì vicino ed Rino è stato talmente gentile da informarsi su come stavo e nell' augurarmi un grande in bocca al lupo...anzi come dicono a Roma mi ha detto: \
