Monteverde Hideaway

Pros: Spacious property with large comfortable beds. Good location for avoiding touristy areas but close enough to get into the center. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Cons: Slight issue with the plumbing.

Charming neighborhood

Pros: The self-check-in worked very well. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean and organized. The neighborhood is charming, and public transport by tram is 5 minutes away.

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment's only genuine defect is the bathroom, which has old plumbing and leaves something to be desired. The shower is weak, and the toilet flush doesn't work well, which was annoying for the several days we stayed there.

Nice, cozy, warm, clean.

Pros: The apartment was very cozy, very well equipped with everything, also very very clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is very cute, totally residential and warm.

Cons: You'll need at least 40 minutes riding by bus to the city center, and I must say that the public transport in Rome is not so great :/ Also, the only thing we were missing was slippers :D There were tiles everywhere in the apartment, and it's a little bit cold when you take off your shoes, especially during the winter time (kindly suggestion for our hosts:).

Pros: Apartamento bem localizado, com vários autocarros e tranvia muito próximos. Cozinha com tudo o necessário para uma estadia de mais do que uma noite. Casa de banho boa. Vizinhos silenciosos. Wi-fi muito bom. Proprietários muito simpáticos e a resolverem um ou outro pequeno problema inesperado, muito rapidamente.

Cons: Nada a apontar.

Apparemment basique mais bien placé.

Pros: Bien situé en dehors de la foule des touristes, un quartier de résidents romains, plusieurs restaurants à proximité, atm, tabacs, bar, pizza à emporter, superette.

Cons: Il pourrait il y avoir un peu plus dans la cuisine, des couteaux qui coupe, plusieurs passoires,..c'est un petit détail. Attention aux trottoirs, ils sont comme dans tous Rome, impraticables.

Καταπληκτικό!

Pros: Μοντέρνο ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Μείναμε 5 άτομα άνετα, με δύο ευρύχωρα μπάνια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ηλεκτρικα παντζούρια, air-condition σε κάθε δωμάτιο, εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτητης

Cons: Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

Pros: The hosts were very attentive to any questions ir issues we had .

Pros: Un appartement spacieux et très fonctionnel. Des hôtes réactifs à nos demandes et attentifs à nos besoins!

Todas las comodidades para una buena estancia

Pros: Alojamiento muy limpio, zona tranquila y muy bien comunicada con el centro en bus

Cons: La ducha tiene muy baja presión con lo cual para ducharse había que tener mucha paciencia y es algo incómodo El alojamiento se encuentra a 5 tramos de subida de escalaras (no tiene ascensor ) deberían de mencionarlo en la publicación, solo te lo dicen el día antes de entrar. Para nosotros no fue inconveniente pero podría serlo para otras personas
