Pros: Very neat and clean. It was really good to stay in such a nice apartment.

Cons: The utensils were very old. The teflon or the non stick pans were worn out and its dangerous for health reasons to use those.

Pros: Apartament ma wszystko, czego potrzeba. Było ciepło w środku. W apartmencie jest pralka i zmywarka. Było czysto. Kontakt z menedżerem bez zarzutu. Zawsze pomocni. Dużym atutem jest hala targowa blisko apartamentu ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami. Są stoiska z rybami i owocami morza, z mięsem, nabialem. Super. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowy.

Cons: Nic takiego nie było.

Comfortable apartment with a nice terrace!

Pros: Despite the location is a bit out of the city, the place is very close to bus/tram stops so you can get into the centre easily. The terrace is huge and very nice! The apartment is on the top floor so you won’t have any neighbours next to you. For us the mattress was very comfortable ensuring a good sleep!

Cons: The kitchen and the bathroom would need some fixing but they were absolutely functionable.

素敵なローマの我が家って感じでした。市民になったような暮らしができました。

Pros: お部屋はとてもかわいくて、テラスもあり、くつろげました。バス停やトラムという路面電車の駅も近く、いろんな観光地へ行けました。近くにマーケットやレストランもあり、助かりました。早朝からやっているパン屋さんもありました。オーナーさんもとても親切な方でした。

Cons: しいてあげれば、エアコンやその他設備の使い方がわかりづらかったことですね。What’s AppというLINEのようなアプリでオーナーとやり取りするので、日本で入れておいてください。電話番号ないと認証できないアプリなので、海外eSIMでは使えません。

Pros: Чудова квартира з величезною терасою. В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Господар дуже турботливий,приємною несподіванкою були частування для нас. Поруч є супермаркети та базар. До центру можна доїхати на автобусі або трамваї. Все дуже сподобалося.

Nella botte piccola...

Pros: L'appartamento è piccolo ma perfetto, è praticamente nuovo, ha dei materassi super in entrambi i letti, un bagno moderno e funzionante e infine ha un bel terrazzo.

Cons: Il quartiere Monteverde è bello ma non molto collegato (assenza di una fermata metro); va benissimo per chi viaggia in auto, mentre per chi arriva in treno a mio parere potrebbe non essere la soluzione migliore.
