Pros: The location is good. It is well connected to the city center, you have multiple options to go with.The owner is also very kind, we had some trouble and she helped us immediately. We had everything we needed in the apartment

Cons: It's on the fifth floor without an elevator. The air conditioner is really old so it was harder to cool the apartment

Comfortable apartment with birds eye view

Pros: Great to be able to use the terrace with views over the rooftops to St Peter's dome ( worth climbing the 96 stairs). Close to bus and tram so easy to get into the historic areas. Excellent daily market nearby. Good communication with host for checking in and tourist tax instructions.

Cons: Though checkout is stated at 10am, the cleaner arrived at 9 am. Some of the crockery is a bit tired, and proper wine glasses would be nice.

Pros: The flat is perfect for 2 people, would be a bit of a squeeze for 3. We had ample space, shops are close and the flat is well equipped for everyday activities. Public transport stops 3 minutes of walk away and it takes you straight to the centre.

Cons: Dishes weren't clean The room is located on the 5th floor,but view was worth it and at least we've got a little cardio

Pros: Have everything you can need. Private balcony 3 minutes away bus stop 5 minutes all amenites

Cons: No lift

Pros: Nice and clean apartment, staying cool even if outside it's scorching. Clean and fresh towels and bed sheets, which is very important. Nice view from the balcony. Good district with lots of shops, cafés and even a local market.

Pros: La posizione vicina ai mezzi a supermercati, ristoranti e farmacia Alloggio caldo Bella terrazza con scorcio su Roma

Cons: 5 piano senza ascensore Troppo piccola per 3 persone : 2 adulti bambino 9 anni Doccia da rimodernare

Pros: La struttura è molto pulita, vicino a tutti i mezzi per potersi muove liberamente.

Cons: Purtroppo non ha l'ascensore ed essendo all'ultimo piano è una sfacchinata soprattutto con la valigia.

Vacances en immersion italienne

Pros: J ai aimé l emplacement dans un quartier populaire et tres bien desservi en transport en commun. Francesa est tres réactive.

Cons: La minuscule cafetière italienne ne permet de boire qu un petit café, il y en a pas pour 2, ni même pour un bol!

Pros: Отличная квартира в тихом зеленом районе Рима. Совсем рядом автобусные остановки, которые позволяли спокойно и быстро перемещаться по Риму. Рядом достаточное количество кафе и мини маркетов. Чисто, аккуратно, есть все самое необходимое. С балкончика открывается красивый вид на город. Благодаря тому, что квартира находится в глубине квартала, было очень тихо и прекрасно спать после долгих прогулок по Риму. Франческа заранее прислала инструкцию по заселению и мы прекрасно самостоятельно заселились, что очень удобно.

Cons: 6 этаж без лифта. Может не подойти пожилым людям
