Lovely apartment middle of the local people
Pros: AC and shower was great! Also loved much our terrace. Bed was little bit tiny but still very comfortable to sleep. We loved this location middle of the local people after we learn to use buses in the city. There was great restaurants (Example La Fata Turchina) near by the accomodation.
Cons: Fridge was little bit dirty inside. Please note tram number 8 was under construction. When we arrived the apartment, it was difficult to get there before we noticed that tram doesn’t work.

Trevlig studio, perfekt för ett par som vill utforska Rom.
Pros: Väldigt mysig studio där allt man behövde fanns. Skön säng, modernt badrum. Det väldigt unika var två stora terrasser som var trevliga att hänga på morgon, dag som kväll. Lugnt och trevligt bostadsområde med bra kommunikation ner till Trastevere och vidare in till city samt till flygplatsen. Vi rekommenderar gärna det här stället och återkommer gärna!
Cons: Inget egentligen.

La permanenza nell'appartamento è molto rilassante.
Pros: Per un soggiorno in primavera estate, se c'è bisogno di stare per qualche tempo fermi in appartamento senza (poter) girare per la città, l'appartamento è molto piacevole anche in ottica relax con la sua terrazza meravigliosa e le sdraio per prendere il sole. Ideale per chi viene a Roma per un evento serale: in attesa di quello, la permanenza in appartamento è un'esperienza di relax molto piacevole. Se si viene a Roma per stare sempre in giro, è quasi troppo fico.
Cons: Con il sistema di apertura tramite link dal cellulare bisogna prendere un pochino di confidenza. Soprattutto con il cancello che a volte sembrerebbe impallarsi. Più che altro da parte mia è un consiglio, di mantenere la calma e di capire il trucco.

Un sitio ideal en Roma.
Pros: La amabilidad de la propietaria , la cercanía a las estaciones de tram y bus. La terraza fantástica. La gelateria cercana.
Cons: La cerradura sin internet no funciona. Y la llave que nos dieron no abría la puerta.

Pros: Классная веранда (их даже две, на фото в букинге основная). Хорошее расположение (не самый шумный центр, 20-30 минут на трамвае от площади Венеции). Приятно, что есть снеки и кофе, чтобы перекусить Номер хоть и крошечный, но в него вместили все что необходимо
Cons: Не работающий ключ (все время открывали через vkey), а запасной аналоговый как будто ни к одной двери не подходит (ни во дворе, ни к номеру). Очень уставшая мебель и ремонт (сломанная дверь в ванную, которая сделана diy из подручных материалов; частично поломанная мебель на веранде (сидели в основном на стульях, потому что шезлонги совсем старые); номер вроде чистый, но достаточно пыльный и кровать была заправлена как будто из разных комплектов белья) Номер находится на 5 этаже без лифта на крыше (по факту пристройка), поэтому днем нагревается очень сильно. Водоснабжение не центральное, а от бочек на крыше (так что вода может быстро закончиться) Потенциал у апартаментов супер, вот бы хозяин чуть качественнее подобрал материалы и починил часть мебели

Pros: Appartement très proche des transports en 30' au terminus du tramway place Venezia. marché, restaurants, bar, à proximité Quartier tranquille

Lovely terraces and sweet little place above the roofs
Pros: The terraces are so lovely and the room itself is also furnished in a nice and modern way. The shower is hot and powerful and the area is nice and quiet. Wifi works well and the smart entry system worked flawlessly
Cons: Its a bit moist inside and the ac could use some serious cleaning and maintenance (loud operating noise and moldy inside). The smart door lock is a cheap brand, works but wont bet on it security-wise. The bedsheets were washed with a bit too much detergent.

Pros: Sistema di check in automatizzato. Buono, ma ci vuole un filino di pazienza. Dal computer si può fare, dal cellulare sarebbe un po' tanto. L'aver potuto fare tutto in autonomia è stato molto apprezzato. Molto chic il monolocale praticamente un miniattico. Terrazza spaziale per farsi un riposino al sole. Quartiere di romani perbene, si respira una bella atmosfera. Pulitissimo e tanta cura del dettaglio.
