Pros: Maurizio is a great person and a wonderful host. I was traveling with my disabled mother in a wheelchair, and the lift in the building made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is close to the city centre, with many shops and restaurants nearby offering lovely food. Everything was convenient and well organized. Highly recommended.

Nice and comfortable stay

Pros: This property is located close to supermarket and it’s not far from bus stops. It’s also equipped with almost everything we need for our daily life.

Cons: A bit far from city centre.

Lovely and comfortable apartments

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owners who personally greeted us and showed around the apartments. There were no problems checking in during the later hours (due to the late arrival of our flight). Nice and very clean apartments with an AC, a lovely terace. Living conditions and comfort were well-thought: we as guests were provided from the mokka pot to the shopping-cart, etc. Various facilities (supermarket, ice-cream shop, restaurants, bars, cafes) were nearby: 1-5 min walk max. Bus stations were also near providing easy transportation to the main sights of Rome.

Pros: Perfect location for us, plenty of restaurants & supermarkets nearby, apartment is great, had everything we needed, Maurizio always available to help, would not hesitate to recommend,

Cons: The only small issue is the shower, which is not easy to control but nothing to take away from the stay

Little jem close to town

Pros: Excellent host. Very helpful and accommodating. Lovely little apartment in Roma. Very central. 10- 15 from centre walking, 5- 10 on tram. Great local neighbour restaurants, supermarkets and gelateria's!

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, so well equipped, clean, and located near the river so in half an hour of lungomare walk, one can be in the very city centre. Another advantage is the bus and tram that stop meters from the building. 24h shop is just around the corner. The neighbourhood is quiet yet as l said, still near the city and all the sights.

Cons: Shower could perform better.

Pros: Apartament se afla la 15 min mers de Stadio Olimpico, intr-o zona linistita, departe de zgomotul orasului.Cu 15 eur poti lua un taxi pana in centru. Apartamentul este frumos amenajat, are tot ce ai nevoie, patul este confortabil. Mulțumesc Maurizio!

Pros: Апартаментът е на комуникативно място близо до Пиаца дел пополо. Домакинът е изключително комуникативен и помага винаги, когато нещо се налага. Апартаментът е оборудван с всичко необходимо, леглата са удобни, а терасата е голяма и приятна.
