Flat Six

Pros: Very nice and clean area of Rome, easy to reach the main atractions of Rome. The appartment was located in the building with elevator and delicious ice-cream downstairs. The appartment was nicely designed and clean. Very nice and helpful landlady.

Cons: The appartment is suitable for max. 1-2 persons, otherwise problems with warm water may occur.

Most enjoyable, lovely hosts.

Pros: Comfortable, charming, away from tourist areas but not too far away.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Fantastic stay and would absolutely return the next time I'm in Rome. Tucked away in the residential Flaminio neighborhood away from the tourist fray, it felt like a slice of what living in Rome might be like. Patrizia was a fabulous host.

Excellent stay

Pros: Our host Maria Patrizia has been so kind and helpful. She shared all the information about the flat and the surroundings. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was not touristic at all. We felt like we were living in Rome. I would definitely suggest Maria Patrizia's flat to anyone looking for a peaceful district to stay in Rome.

Cons: There was nothing bad at all. We liked everything about this flat.

Perfect stay near Roma

Pros: Maria was very helpful all along the stay. The place is quiet, perfect for a family, with restaurants and shops nearby and close to the tramway station.

Great place, real taste of Rome!!

Pros: It was a beautifully presented apartment, very clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. The location was also nice, a short tramp ride to the metro station so within half an hour we could be near the main attractions. It was in a way a real taste of Rome as the area wasn't touristy at all!! The kitchen was small but well equipped so we could make a nice breakfast or a quick meal if we wanted to. The host lives next door, and she was very knowledgeable about the area and local dining. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Cons: The price for the apartment doesn't include the tax which everyone asks to be paid in cash?? For this place we paid almost 100 Euros on top!! So please double check the fine print!!

We enjoyed staying in the place. Felt like home!

Pros: Great host, great location. Clean apartment, totally livable. Nice and walkable area close to amenities. Easy access to public transport, tram line 2 gets you to Flaminio in 8-10 minutes where you find a lot of restaurants, many attractions and massive shopping options with all high-end brands. You can easily spend 2-3 days just there. The lift to 3rd floor helps a lot. Entrance is secure and safe. The host lives next door which can be very helpful.

Cons: Isn't exactly as shiny as the pictures, looks a bit older but it's fine. WIFI is actually through a range extender hence gets quite slow sometimes. Water pressure in the bidet was not good. We had a bit of difficulty getting in because we couldn't use our phones yet, but we should have arranged our phone connections in advance so that is partly on us, too.
