All you need for a nice stay near to Rome old city

Pros: The apartment has all you need to make your stay comfortable. The manager is extremely very helpful and friendly. Everything is very well maintained with love and care.

Cons: There is not a proper dining table for 3 people. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and it could be improved adding a topper (like for example the model Gold T30 80x200cm by Jysk, it costs only 59€ 😉).

Pros: Great apartment in a very nice building. Quiet and cozy neighbourhood. Very well equiped, impecably clean and fully comfortable for 2 person. Fantastic, professional host. Don’t think twice if you find it available.

Pros: The apartment is located in a beautiful area, worth seeing and feeling the magical atmosphere of Rome, beautiful buildings and streets. Plazza del Popolo. The apartament is located near Borghese Gardens, which are worth seeing. There is also a shop and many restaurants with delicious food. The apartment itself was very clean and fully equipped, there was nothing missing. The owner thought of literally everything, from a hair dryer to cosmetics. We didn't meet Alessandro himself, but he gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, which was very helpful. His sister, who was very nice and helpful, gave us the keys. We highly recommend it to all those who want to spend a unique time in the eternal city and feel the atmosphere of Italy.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and highly recommend it, especially for a small family with one child or just a couple. Everything was perfect, and we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need for living, cooking, and enjoying your stay. The host was kind, helpful and very friendly—which made our experience even better. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location was very good: just a three-stop tram ride brought us right into old Rome, and from there we were able to explore everything comfortably on foot. We had an amazing time and if we return to Rome, we would definitely choose the same apartment again. Thank you so much for everything—we really loved our stay!

Pros: Host molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha indicato mezzi e servizi nelle vicinanze e ci ha fornito ottimi spunti per visitare la città. Struttura super consigliata!

Rilassante e comodo

Pros: Location comoda e pulita, attenzione ai particolari e molto silenziosa. Gestori presenti ed attenti alle esigenze. La zona offre ristoranti/osterie, bar e piccoli market, gelaterie, tabaccherie e collegamenti efficaci con bus verso il centro citta'. Completa in generale.

Pros: Alessandro persona precisa e puntuale nel rilasciare informazioni e molto gentile. Bottiglia di Prosecco al nostro arrivo inaspettata. Appartamento al 5 piano con ascensore e tutti i servizi disponibili macchina del caffè tostapane microonde frigo congelatore lavatrice etc. A 5 minuti dalla fermata bus ristoranti negozi e quant'altro tutto molto vicino. Stadio Olimpico a piedi 10 minuti. Ci tornerò
