Pros: The rooftopterrace was super. Good coffee too! And a very big tv screen. Cosy and tastefull on the inside (lp's, artbooks etc.). We had a very good time. Location also perfect and the host. Thanks.

Lovely stay in Rome at sunny rooftop perch!

Pros: This apartment boasts tons of natural light and a lovely rooftop terrace right outside the kitchen and living room! It's spacious and perfect for a couple with children, as the second bedroom features cute bunk beds! The building features a new elevator that gets you right up to the fourth floor. It's teensy, but it saves lots of steps! We found the neighborhood to be the perfect balance of quiet at night but lively during the day, with lots of eating and shopping options. The Gianicolense is a really nice part of the city, and transportation into the historic center couldn't be easier, with several bus lines running along the main avenue just steps away from the apartment. I would definitely want to come back, and soon!

Pros: Очень аутентичная квартира. Соотношение цена-качество. Просторно, есть терраса. Кондиционер в зале, спальне и на кухне. Хозяйка отзывчивая, отвечает на все вопросы

Cons: Сложно добираться до центра. Метро рядом нет, в основном использовали трамвай. Бесплатная парковка как рулетка. Места могут быть, а может не быть. Закрепленной за квартирой парковки нет.

Séjour innoubiable entre amies à Rome

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement à l'écart du centre, très bien desservit en bus et tram et aussi le marché tous les matins à 2 minutes à pied . L'endroit était très calme . Cinzia est charmante, elle nous a très bien accueilli et était de très bon conseil .
