Location location location and comfort

Pros: Amazing location near Termini station. Walking distance to everything (if you want). Full kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine 😀 Big lounge area with double bunk beds then a double bed in a raised nook area. TV with Netflix included was a bonus we weren't expectingband the air conditioning was wonderful. There were tea and coffee plus some other basics in the kitchen pantry.

Pros: The property is in a very good area, close to the termini train station and about 15-20 minutes from the main tourist attractions.

Cons: The studio apartment was a bit too small for 6 people, but it wasn’t that bad because we didn’t stay at the property that much. At the bathroom was an unpleasant smell but maybe the problem will be solved.

Pros: Thanks to Mr. Paris for his punctuality. When we arrived to property it was fresh and clean, smelled well. All necessary things for the living was prepared. Best location, in the centre of the city. It was really comfortable, and we felt like we were at our home.

Perfect as a base camp for your exploration of Rome

Pros: The flat is well equipped — air conditioner, gas stove, fridge, coffee machine, TV, cleaning supplies, toiletries, everything one needs really. The place feels safe, it is fairly quiet at night, and the location is close to major sights and public transport.

Cons: • This might be due to the language barrier, but the host came off as somewhat short-tempered in our written communication. Seemed alright in person. • Dish washing sponge was ancient, but we bought a new one for the place. • Air purifying spray aroma could've been a tad more subtle.

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment. In the apartment you have everything you need for a normal stay. Very close to all the main attractions, easily accessible by foot. Metro station, shops and restaurants are nearby. All recommendations

Pros: Great location and a well equipped flat. Had everything you needed, and good AC to escape the Rome heat. We were a backpacking family of 4 and the flat was plenty big enough and felt safe.

Cons: It had a strange smell. Without the smell 10/10

Pros: The room is in the center of the city and had easier acces to bus and metros , room had all facilities like gas stove microwave and basic kitchen ingredients, overall iam happy

Cons: The room has frequent noises from other aprtments but wont disturb you so much , would like to see more of a smiling face from the owner also ( it shouldnt matter though haha)

Cómodo

Pros: Buena ubicación tenía lo necesario para comer lavar

Céntrico, fácil para llegar de la estación del tren.

Pros: El chico fue muy amable y, aunque habló inglés, se dio a entender muy rápido. Fue servicial y atento con nosotros.

Cons: Aunque no es problema del alojamiento pero el baño es usado muy a menudo para fumar cigarrillos, era muy fuerte el olor.

Pros: A localização era muito boa, próximo a estação de trem, e a avenida com varias opções de ônibus e lojas, super tranquilo para ir caminhando até vários pontos turísticos, apartamento de fácil acesso.
