Bargain apartment with great location!!

Pros: Great price for the centre of Rome very close to the train station. We easily explored Rome and was able to order Ubers just outside. Host was informative and gave clear instructions. Very spacious. Good internet. Netflix Disney etc. nice balcony, cool apartment but also have air conditioning. Plenty of storage for clothes. Host provided bathroom products, coffee pods and other items.

Cons: No electric kettle

Cons: Despite a lot of requests to leave the luggage, he did not agree to let us in earlier, and we were standing on the street until 13:00, and the host was at home. The bathroom was carpeted, which left an impression of being neglected The liquid of the conditioner was poured into a 15-liter container, which had to be poured by hand several times a day, otherwise it would rain in the house and the wall could also be seen that this was not news. When you pay not so little and you are not taken into account in anything, it is annoying Until I wrote that the water was coming down, I had to clean it by hand and it was a disaster, I have never seen anywhere else that you have to empty the condensate of the air conditioner with your hands. However, when looking for a house, I chose this house because of the air conditioning) There was also a strange smell in the fridge I rented a house for 3 days for 6 people and we got one towel per person, shampoo and shower gel was something unknown half empty While writing Chekini's rules, I felt as if he was waiting for savages

Pros: Everything was great! Nice place for stated price. Conditioner, Netflix, wi-fi, all sightseeing nearby.

great flat with all you could want, great location

Pros: the flat is beautiful with a lovely balcony and fully functional kitchen with cooking supplies such as pots, pans and crockery. the ceilings are high and the 2 rooms are a decent size with storage built in. the location is great, less than 30 minutes walk from the train station. It was a 20 min walk to the trevi fountain, and the same from the flat to the spanish steps. 25 minute scooter ride to the colosseum which i would recommend :)

Cons: the check in between 1-3pm was not a big window and wasnt particularly convenient so we had to send an advance team in our group to travel early in the day to arrive in time as it is normal to be able to check into a hotel in the evening. we were warned of the time for check in to be fair to the host so we did make it in time which is good, just please be aware of the time to arrive

Pros: There were no problems during our stay so we highly recommend this accomodation.🙂 The place is located near to underground station and is pretty close to Trevi's fountain. We were really satisfied and the host was friendly.🙂

Excelente ubicación

Pros: Muy bien ubicado, se puede llegar a los atractivos turísticos caminando. Muchos supermercados y lugares para comer cercanos. Casi al lado de la estación Termini. Hay lavadora, eso fue espectacular

Cons: Las sábanas, toallas y almohadas muy viejas. Se sienten hasta los resortes del colchón

Pros: El alojamiento está céntrico, tiene todas las comodidades, desde horno hasta lavadora… El caballero que nos atendió fue cordial y dejó muy claras las instrucciones desde el primer momento. La casa es más grande de lo que parece y las cosas estaban limpias. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons: Por ponerle alguna pega las camas podrían ser más cómodas.

Pros: Lokalizacja! wszędzie blisko, stacja metra, przystanki autobusowe, mini markety, do różnych głównych atrakcji można śmiało iść spacerkiem!

Cons: Jedynym minusem mogą być poduszki, widać było , że już trochę przeszły i nie są pierwszej świeżości ale oprócz tego do niczego się nie mogę przyczepić! :)

Goed maar kon beter

Pros: Perfecte locatie, veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ook veel horeca en winkels in de omgeving.

Cons: Er leek niet goed schoongemaakt te zijn. Ook was er ongedierte in de keukenkastjes.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy buena ubicación

Pros: Muy amable el propietario. Muy cómodo el lugar. Y la ubicación excelente, a 15 min a pie de casi todos los monumentos y de la estación central.

Cons: La ducha no funcionaba del todo bien.
