I was in Rome for 5 weeks in November / December. Comfortable and safe and a pleasure to stay in.

Pros: Lovely light airy room, high ceilings and marble floor. A heat pump to maintain perfect temperature. Perfect central location - so many galleries, sculptures and churches within walking distance. All the basics in a shop just opposite.

Cons: The electric plates in the hob, I never really got them to heat up properly. A very small issue - there is a microwave.

Pros: Stefano one of the owners was amazing and was always a message away. Property was comfrotable for a family of 4

Cons: Found a few hairs in the floor but over all was lovely

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, about 15 minutes walk from all the important objectives. We stayed in apartment no. 3, which is very spacious, with good light and everything you need. The host, Stefano, is a great guy. He was very prompt and helpful. He did everything he could to make our stay pleasant.

Great 6 days in Rome

Pros: The size of the place was great for a family trip. The place was really well maintained. The location was excellent!

Cons: The shower water was unpredictable. Sometimes it's hot and then it turns cold.

Pros: Such a lovely apartment in and ideal location. walking distance to so many of the sites to see in rome. Stefano is a fantastic host and really helps you. There is off the street parking for a vehicle if you was to wanting to drive in rome like we did. It was relatively inexpensive and was a 3 minute walk to the apartment. Honestly couldn't of wished for more.

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location which allows you to walk everywhere. Stefano was really kind and always happy to help.

Cons: The couch mattress is a bit uncomfortable and noisy. Also, some mornings the hot water did not work properly.

Perfect for a short city break

Pros: The studio was nice and clean, comfy bed, free tea, coffee, toiletries. A walking distance to many main attractions, bus stops, train station, metro etc. Stefano is a very nice host, responds to messages quickly and allowed us early check-in.

Cons: The studio is in the courtyard but facing the main street so it is quite noisy. You can hear the public transport, especially the ambulances all night.

Pros: Great location, great apartment and great host, very clean and comfortable. One issue with the air heater but the host immediately offer a technical service. Highly recommended.
