Great host, nice location but it wasn't spotless clean and low water pressure.
Pros: The communication with the host was excellent. The location was good. It was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: It wasn't spotless clean. The water pressure in the shower was very low, it was not convenient to wash my hair with so little water coming out.

Great Location, Great Apartment
Pros: The apartment was well located to the train station and also wasn't far from major attractions. Conveniently located nearby were a couple of places to eat that were wonderful, too. Stefano was very communicative and helpful. The bed was amazing to sleep in, firm enough, and a good height for tall people. The washing machine was very handy, and it didn't take long to understand the controls. When we return to Rome, we will rebook here.
Cons: It's not a dislike but more an observation for anyone who has large luggage or is a large person. The lift is quite compact, and the door to the apartment when only using one half of the door is not very big either. If you are someone with a big belly, then you will struggle to get in and out of the door. For luggage, I would suggest one person go up with one suitcase at a time to avoid getting stuck or struggling with the doors to the lift.

Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo departamento
Pros: La ubicación (íbamos caminando a todos lados, a 200 m está el metro y un poco más allá Termini). La zona no puede ser más segura: el departamento está al lado del ministerio de defensa. Hay supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas varias. El departamento es amplio y tiene una excelente vista a la calle desde el 3er piso, cuenta con cocina eléctrica, microondas y heladera grande, ideal para cocinar algo rápido después de un día de caminatas. El lavarropas: indispensable! El propietario muy amable y bien predispuesto.
Cons: Oportunidades de mejora: almohadas más blandas/cómodas, la tabla del inodoro estaba floja, nos hubiera gustado contar con dos llaves para movernos con más independencia.

Pros: Ідеальне розташування, неподалік від вокзалу, в пішій доступності до більшості культурних пам'яток. Поруч багато магазинів, ресторанів, кав'ярень. Досить затишний номер. Привітний хазяїн, який швидко реагував на усі прохання. Великі зручні ліжка, в тому числі розкладний диван у вітальні.
Cons: Були питання до клінінгу, але хазяїн їх швидко вирішив, дякую йому за це. Трохи не сучасні меблі та ванна кімната, але то може навіть додає італійського шарму апартаментам.

Pros: La propiedad es muy linda y amplia. Pese a todo lo malo que dicen de términi a mi me pareció espectacular, la zona es súper tranquila, está muy bien ubicada, desde aquí fuimos caminando a todos lados en Roma ! No fue necesario ir en ningún bus o tren. La ubicación es perfecta porque no tienes es bullicio de las zonas gastronómicas pero tienes cerca todo, y el precio disminuye mucho. El depto tiene todas las comodidades y el anfitrión ha sido de lo más amable, en este viaje pasé por 6 alojamientos en distintos países y aquí fue en el único lugar donde el anfitrión se presentó de forma personal para mostrar el departamento. Estupendo.

Pros: la ubicacion del departamento impecable, accecible a transportepublico, tanto metro como autobus. Cerca de los lugares turisticos.
Cons: la limpieza del baño y de algunos utensilios de cocina.

Stupendo
Pros: Struttura comoda e accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort (acqua calda, aria condizionata, tovaglie, frigo….). L’host molto accogliente e simpatico (daje sté). La struttura si trova a pochi minuti di distanza dai principali luoghi di attrazione ed a pochi minuti dalla metro.
Cons: Tutto molto bene. Ho dato 9 stelle su 10 a causa del televisore un po’ datato che non ci ha dato modo di vedere le piattaforme di streaming più famose. Ma per il resto Tutto molto bello e comodo.

Pros: Termini İstasyonu'na yakın oluşu büyük avantajdı. Stephan bizi samimi ve kibar bir şekilde kapıda karşıladı. Daire kullanımı hakkında bilgilendirdi bizi. Restoran tavsiyesi verdi. Mutfak kullanımı işimize yaradı kahvaltı için. Bulaşık ve çamaşır makinasının oluşu işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Çamaşır sermek için açılır kapanır askı bile vardı. Oda boyutu idealdi. Giriş kat üstü oluşu da güvenlik açısından önemliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi ve Vatikan dışında toplu taşıma kullanmamız gerekmedi.
Cons: Sevmediğimiz bir yanı olmadı. Memnun ayrıldık.
