We had a brilliant stay in this lovely apartment it was perfect for our group of 6

Pros: The apartment was on a perfect location The outside area is great The apartment is a great size and is very comfortable

Cons: The lighting was rather dark which was difficult when getting ready

Stunning, well equipped apartment in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso and much more. The apartment has pretty much everything you need. Very comfortable beds and all bedrooms have an en suite and air conditioning. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, except oven gloves, which we would have found useful. Communication with the host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: As stated in other reviews, there are quite a few steps to go up to get to the apartment. However, they are more than worth the effort of climbing to enjoy this superb apartment. The lights in the bedrooms could be temperamental and some appeared not to be working.

Pros: Excellent location! Very spacious apartment for two families. The three bathrooms were a major plus. Renovated apartment, with a modern design and a very positive vibe. Emanuele was easy to reach and very helpful

Cons: The lighting needs improvement. There were rooms (e.g. bathrooms) that didn't have enough lights and the room was too dark.

Pros: Absolutely everything! Beautifull apartment very close to everything. A/C , 3 big bedrooms each with own bathroom was great! Communication with the host was fantastic and he went out of his way to accomodate our requests! Will definitely be back

Pros: The appartment is spacious, well equipped, is in great location in historic centre and has a lovely roof terrace! We liked everything! One notion is that there is no elevator so you have to be able to take the stairs. It did not bother us and we loved our stay in Maison Della Vite!

Cons: Nothing, it is a great place to stay. We were 6 people and had plenty of space, Truly a great place to stay.

Spacious, comfortable, centrally located and beautifully refurbished

Pros: Refurbish to a very high standard and ideally located in the centre of the city, the property is the perfect place for 3x couples or a large family of 6 like us. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms also, and the finishes are tastefully chosen with lightning fast WiFi. We had breakfast out on the large double terrace every day. It was 35’C every day we were in Rome, but the air conditioning in the property made it feel cool and comfortable all night every night! Highly recommended.

Cons: Genuinely hard to think of anything, but the stairs up to the property are very long and steep. Not a problem for us but might be challenging for others There are also a couple of low ceilings that might affect those over 6 foot / 180cm, but nothing major

Pros: We loved everything about this property, so new , so modern , it had everything we could ask for , the best private accommodation we have stayed in , 3 bedrooms which was great for our family of 5, we had all our own space beautiful outdoor courtyard , the accommodation was so central to everything in Rome, around the corner from the Spanish steps and short walk to the Trevi fountain , so many fab restaurants nearby , next to all the shops , we 💯 % recommend this beautiful property to everyone, Emanuele the host was very lovely and gave us lots of information.
