Rose Roma

Pros: One set of a wide stairs leads to a spacious two bedroom apartment with air conditioning. There's a washing machine (but no dryer and limited hanging/drying racks). Bedrooms and beds were sufficient to our needs (only two of us). Clean throughout except the cupboards/wardrobes - but we didn't use those anyway. Best part of the stay was the host who greeted us with a big warm smile and always responded to our questions promptly. The apartment is about an 5-8 minute walk to the Spanish steps so location is pretty good for those looking to see the Steps, Pantheon and the Trev fountain. 20-25 minute walk to Colosseum, Trestavere, Vatican.

Pros: In general, very great experience with this booking. Owner organizing us spacious taxi to come / leave the apartment, organized the key pickup, everything was without any issues. Apartment is in the heart of the center, excellent location, was so surprised to find this place under this price in this location. In the evening the entrance hallway is under the look and it's a bit tricky to unlock. Apartment itself very spacious, a lot of place to chill, simple kitchenette for cooking, everything was in place. Some people may not like the fact that they keep dry products from previous guests, well, for us it was good to find some pepper and salt there so we don't have to buy. We enjoyed the stay, and didn't much cared about the fact that apartment is little bit outdated, just check the price tag and it's so worth it.

Cons: It could be more thoroughly cleaned, but you can see that it's mostly just old accomodation and furnishments.

Alojamiento con ubicación inmejorable

Pros: La ubicación es espectacular cerca del coliseo y fontana , y la comodidad del lugar, excelente. Ya me había alojado aquí hace dos años; en esa ocasión no lo encontré tan cómodo, pero hoy puedo decir que la mejora es del 100%. La renovación me encantó y se nota claramente la preocupación por ofrecer una estadía cómoda y agradable a los huéspedes.

Cons: Todo estuvo excelente en esta oportunidad.

Pros: Excelente ubicación amplio limpio con todos los accesorios lavarropas cocina completa baño impecable. Confortable para estar y para salir punto medio para todo el centro de Roma

Znakomita lokalizacja klimatycznej kamienicy

Pros: Lokalizacja perfekcyjna, przestronny salon, w którym można miło spędzić czas czy coś przekąsić. Sufit z cegły nadaje fajnego klimatu. Sypialnie urządzone raczej skromnie ale na krótki pobyt nie potrzebowaliśmy niczego więcej. Myślę, że kiedyś jeszcze tam wrócę :) Stosunek jakości do ceny się zgadza!

Cons: Za tą cenę było naprawdę ok a lokalizacja pozwala na przymknięcie oka na niektóre niedociągnięcia

합리적 가격과 교통의 편

Pros: 조리도구가 있어 음식을 해먹을수있어 좋았습니다. 교통도 진짜 좋구요 도보로 근접가능한 보르게세 공원, 포폴로 광장. 스페인계단, 트레비분수, 판테온 등이 있어 진심 추천합니다. 로마 숙박비를 고려하면 정말 가성비가 뛰어나서 단점들을 견딜수 있었어요. 소통도 빠르게 되어 체크인도 잘 할수있었습니다. 가성비를 고려하면 다시 재방문할 예정입니다!

Cons: 전기난로가 있으나 작동이 안되요ㅠㅜ 날씨가 많이 춥지않아서 괜찮긴했지만 난로가 있었다면 더 좋았을것 같습니다. 소파에 먼지가 보여서 좀 안타까웠습니다. 전반적인 청소상태가 좀 아쉬웠습니다만 이런 단점에도 불구하고 전 다시 로마에 가면 여기를 선택할 것 같아요 다시 갈거니깐 청소에 신경을 좀 더 써주시고 작동 잘되는 난로 구비해놓으시면 좋을거같아요

Breve viaggio a Roma con amici

Pros: l'appartamento è ampio e pulito proprio nel centro di Roma quindi comodissimo con tutto. Il bagno pulito e con finestra e due camere una con matrimoniale l'altra con il doppio letto affiancato. Bella sala con lato cucina e tutto l'occorrente per 4 persone.

Cons: niente di particolare
