Great location to visit the city center and the stadium

Pros: Perfect location, well connected to the city centre by a short journey via Tram, walking distance to the Stadio Olimpico and Auditorium. Nice restaurants all around the area. The property is clean and spacious, very comfortable

Cons: There is a discotheque half a block away, so on Friday night there was a lot of noise in the street by people leaving at 4AM. Nothing the property can do anything about but it was annoying.

An oase away from the tourist masses and into local roman lifestyle

Pros: A nice clean and comfortable flat that has everything you need on your journey. Serene location with a nice yard.

Cons: The check-in could be solved better with a code or similiar, so that you don't have to meet in person for the keys. After a tiring day of tourism, the location feels far away, but there are good ways of connections with the Mancini station that is the start station for a lot of busses and line 2.

Pros: An very nice host and a wonderful location really close to the city with the tram and still away from all the tourist crowds. Close to the market and bus interchange...Nice surroundings and it really makes you feel all the Roman charm. Nice big rooms and alot of storage space ( closets were big enough for all of our staff, and we travelled with children) over all it was nice :)

Cons: We stayed there for a week and no one asked if we need clean towels, for example. Also there is night club really close by so it is loud and noisy during nights especially on Friday and Saturday. Also heating could be better. Although winter in Rome is sunny it can get really cold and it felt like the apartment wasnt warm enough somtimes which can be a problem when you travel with children. Adding a bit more kitchen amenities,such as smaller ice cream bowls would be a big plus.

Bel soggiorno romano

Pros: Appartamento spazioso e ben illuminato,in contesto signorile,ubicato nel quartiere Flaminio,più vicino ai Parioli. Stanze ampie,pulito e ben riscaldato. Due camere da letto vere,ognuna con la propria porta,bagno spazioso e finestrato, salotto con tv,cucina con tv molto ben attrezzata,spazi vitali assicurati. Accogliente, inserito in palazzina ben chiusa in cortile interno,quasi per nulla rumoroso. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Host super disponibile,empatica e molto preparata. Da considerare se torneremo.

Cons: Il pulsante dello sciacquone del bagno è ostico.

Pros: Каартита гарна, велика і простора. В гарному і колоритному місті, будинок старенький але добротний. Гарний двір, неймовірний з величезною магнолією і різними квітами. В квартирі було все необхідне до дрібниць. В туалеті від шампуню до прального порошку гарної якості що дуже зручно коли прилітаєш лоукостом. Господиня була дуже приємною і ввічливою, особисто зустріла і все показала. Зручні ліжка і чиста постіль.

Cons: В квартирі вікна не захищають від шуму, все що відбувається на вулиці ви добре чуєте, особливо в ночі з пʼятниці до неділі. Ці дві ночі дуже шумні і спати було не можливо.

Pros: La posizione è perfetta per chi deve recarsi allo stadio Oimpico perché in 10 minuti si raggiunge

Pros: Alloggio ampio, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Posizione tranquilla e strategica, in prossimità stazione taxi, bar e ristoranti.

Bellissimo e consigliato

Čist i uredan stan. Miran kvart koji je odlično prometno povezan sa centrom grada.

Pros: Stan je bio izuzeto uredan i čist. Ima sve što je potrebno za kraći boravak u Rimu. Domaćin je susretljiv prema dodatnim zahtjevima i vrlo profesionalan. Kvart je miran i daje ugodan osjećaj sigurnosti boravka osobitno pri povratku u stan u kasnijim satima. Za svaku preporuku.
