Pros: Everything was lovely in That departament ! Location as well I highly recommend!

Pros: Perfect quality of the apartment. Big and well equipped kitchen. Very unique style. Coupons for breakfast in a café, a few minutes down the street. Location was OK: supermarket is near, good neighborhood.

Cons: Location was OK: with public transportation the center is like 40-60min far. In spite of the very good quality accommodation, the water in the shower was very hectic, cold and hot water usually changed each other, and the temperature controller had some problems. But these are not too significant issues, and did not affect our satisfaction about the apartment.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely beautiful—stylishly decorated and finished with high-quality materials. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for, offering both comfort and elegance.

Cons: The only downsides were that breakfast was served at a nearby bar rather than on-site, and access to the apartment involved passing through several gates.

When in ROME, live like Romans.

Pros: as soon as you enter the property you get a quaint and rich vibe. Everything from foyer to bedroom to bathroom and to kitchen is a candy for eyes. It is a literal example of \

Cons: the only part which was bit hard was we had extra large bag and you have to take some steps if you enter from wrong gate. so make sure to enter from the gate which is a drive way entry gate.

I would definitely come back

Pros: Everything was clean, the location was exceptional since you can take the bus and get right to the city center, and the facilities were great. There’s a large shared kitchen, where everything’s kept clean and tidy. The care for the room is noteworthy. Also, the affiliated “Bar family” offers a good breakfast (1 cappuccino and 1 croissant per person per night) and the staff there is very friendly. I’d be pleased to come back and enjoy this great stay again.

Cons: We were welcomed by a maid, not the house manager, and she didn’t tell us any info or details about the room. I had to contact the house manager, who answered immediately tho, through wa for the basic information (cleaning service, breakfast, WiFi…).

Nice, well designed place

Pros: Very clean, well designed place. Fully equipped kitchen, AC in bedroom, comfortable space. First day we got voucher for breakfast that we could use in the nearby cafe, that was a nice gesture. The bus stop is just next to the apartment.

Cons: The host who gave us keys was not really welcome - I’ve already talked about it with the owners, the fisrt impression was not too good. Also, the apartment’s area is quite dirty and without any nice restaurants etc.

Amazing stay in Rome!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Regal House Roma - the host was great to communicate with, and Ferdinando was very welcoming. The included breakfast took us for surprise, and was very nice. The property is quiet and has a fantastic view out of the window. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Pros: La colazione non è stata fatta in quando i bar convenzionati la domenica erano chiusi. La posizione era ottima. Lo stile dell'arredamento mi è piaciuto tanto, c'è stato solo un inconveniente che alle tre di notte e scattata la corrente e non riuscivamo a capire dove fosse l'interruttore per rimetterla, per il resto tutto ok.

Cons: Riguardare lo scarico che si bloccava.

Pros: Struttura di livello, estremamente pulita e curata. Arredamento di pregio, minifrigo,TV, wi fi e pass X colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze Letti, cuscini, asciugamani, dispenser X sapone ecc di qualità: sembra di essere nella camera degli ospiti a casa di amici per la cura dei particolari Posizione ottimale per i miei impegni.( Polo didattico e università)
