Perfect for us!
Pros: Very spacious, comfortable. Full kitchen with dining table. Very clean n proper bathroom,with super hot / warm/ cold bathroom Very close to metro , halal food locations and Vatican city The street also very beautiful with orange trees The host was also in contact with us so no issues.
Cons: Nothing It was perfect!

Fantastic helpful host and fantastic location- we walked to the main sites in Rome.
Pros: The host, Francesco, was fantastic- he went out of his way to do things for us- very clear instructions, delivering extra kitchen supplies, coming over to fix the wi fi and even posting us some things we mistakenly left behind. So helpful and kind!
Cons: The wi fi connection was a little interrupted- possibly due to the thick walls of the building. It worked most, but not all, the time. However Francesco went out of his way to help with this and it was usable for most of the time so not a big deal.

Pros: I don’t understand why a lot of people are complaining in the reviews, I enjoyed my stay, the place is clean, it’s pretty cold without even putting the AC on, confortable, also very close to Vatican, 13 minutes walking, close to Castel Sant Angelo, and it’s not far from the center of Rome either. The host is very nice, and if you have any issue he’ll be there to help you. Overall for me it was a good experience, and I’m sure that if I will ever come back in Rome I will book this apartment.
Cons: A little difficult to find parking, but it wasn’t a big problem, you can pay 4 euros for 8 hours, not a big deal

Pros: Stayed with 2 friends loved the accommodation, the host was amazing so helpful full of knowledge would definitely recommend and stay again metro was a short walk and there were lots of good value restaurants in the area

Pros: Самое удачное, на мой взгляд - удачное расположение: спокойное место, рядом с Ватиканом и метро. Хозяин доброжелательный (в квартире не было чайника, купил и привез). Квартира большая, два санузла.
Cons: Квартира находится на -1 этаже, а это накладывает некоторые ограничения для лиц с инвалидностью. Так же стоит отметить, что в квартире сыровато и нужна генеральная уборка. Так же отмечу, что в самой квартире большое количество ступенек и достаточно высоких. Так же несколько раз встречали пауков.

Simplemente genial
Pros: Nos hemos quedado en este apartamento 4 amigas y yo por 3 días y ha sido estupendo. Viene totalmente equipado (toallas, utensilios de cocina, secadores de pelo, plancha de ropa, tenderete, lavadora, etc) incluso con detalles como: aceite de oliva, especias, sal, jabón y gel. Además el contacto con el dueño ha sido magnífico. La ubicación también buenísima, a 10 min andando del Vaticano, con supermercados alrededor y la zona súper tranquila y sin ningún tipo de problema. 100% recomendado. Si vuelvo a Roma y no quiero gastarme mucho dinero en hospedaje, volvería sin duda a este apartamento.

Lungo weekend a Roma
Pros: Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla metro e dal Vaticano che era la nostra meta principale del viaggio. Posizione molto tranquilla con supermercato a poca distanza. Disponibilità del proprietario per ogni assistenza: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la porta ed in 15 minuti è stato tutto sistemato. Appartamento spazioso e i due bagni son un grande plus viaggiando in famiglia.
Cons: Avremmo gradito tende oscuranti nel soggiorno dove c'è il divano letto perchè la luce naturale al mattino disturbava il sonno. L'appartamento necessiterebbe di qualche piccolo lavoro di ristrutturazione per renderlo ancora più accogliente e funzionale ma per il resto tutto top.
