Pros: Fantastic location, on the view from Vatican, as well Metro Station Ottaviano 5 minutes to walk. The accomodation very well equiped in a quite area. We found everything what we expected, service amazing. Definitely a place where we can imagine to return!

Gem place. Can be recommended

Pros: The apartment is great and recently renovated. Location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Not overcrowded with tourists. Walking distance from Vatican, metro and atac buses. Very clean apartment and matches the photos exactly. You won't be disappointed. Not noisy and great for sleep. Facing the inner yard. Air conditioner in each room. Japan air conditioners of high quality. 2 seperate bathrooms. A lot of sleep space. 3 beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Coffee machine is good. Capsules and sugar under the coffee machine. Comfy beds with selection of different types of pillows for the perfect sleep. Nice! Very good and cheap Italian restaurants nearby. Al Giardino Del Gatto is strongly recommended. Elevator to 5 floor works great but is manual open/close. Wifi is stable and covers all rooms. Self Check-in / check-out

Cons: Everything was great and recommended. Only improvements: Communication with the owner can be improved. We managed to get by but if it's your first visit you may feel a bit lost. The owner may take time to respond so prepare beforehand. We were informed about the city tax 10 minutes before leaving the apartment and our luck we had cash at hand.

Pros: Very good location around 10 mins from the Vatican or the metro station, very close bus station, big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nicely decorated

Comfortable

Pros: The apartment was very clean. It had everything you might need. The mattresses are very comfortable and help you get a good night rest. The property is located within a walking distance from Vatican and also connected by bus to the old center. The owners are communicative and eager to help make your stay better.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

Brilliant, modern apartment in a wonderful location in Rome!

Pros: Really modern, clean apartment in a superb location. Really close to the Vatican (10 min walk). Tons of great places to eat and drink nearby. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning a trip to Rome.

Schönes, helles Apartment in guter Lage

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, wie auf den Bilder zu sehen. Es ist außergewöhnlich ruhig, da zum Innenhof. Es ist sehr hell im Apartment und die Heizung funktioniert hervorragend. Auch für kalte Wintermonate bestens geeignet. Alles war sauber. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons: Es gibt mehrere Mängel (Duschgriff, Klodeckel, Spiegellicht usw) in der Wohnung die schon länger bestehen. Hab ich erst später in den Rezensionen gelesen. Für uns war es okay. Am meisten beeinträchtigt hat uns das durchgelegene Bett im großen Zimmer und die defekte Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson ist sehr träge und es Bedarf immer Geduld bis eine Antwort kommt, außer am Anreisetag da ging es schneller. Es gibt keinen persönlichen Kontakt.

Pros: Era muy bonito, estaba todo muy limpio, estaba cerca de tiendas, de restaurantes, y metro/autobuses. En general, todo estaba muy bien.

Cons: Por decir algo. Que el espejo del baño de matrimonio llevaba luz, pero no funcionaba.

Pros: Świetne miejsce na wypad większej grupy. Czysty, zadbany apartament w spokojnej okolicy. Kontakt z właścicielem sprawny i szybki. Bardzo blisko Watykanu, w pobliżu wiele urokliwych restauracji i knajpek.

Cons: Kilka rzeczy wymaga konserwacji jak jakieś poluzowane uchwyty czy gałki.
