Nice and clean

Pros: Nice and clean apartment and a very kind and helpful host. We booked the same day and everything was easy.

Cons: It was in the basement so it was a little bit dark, but we were outside most of the time it didn’t really matter.

Pros: The location is excellent – close to the metro, near the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. There are also restaurants and cafés in the area. Self check in and out is great. The host was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated.

Cons: I didn't like that I wasn't informed in advance that the room is in basement. This would have changed my decision and i will never have rented such a room. When you opend the window you looking directly at the sidewalk. The room has a high level of humidity, which you can smell as soon as you enter. There is even a humidifier on the floor, which shows is a known issue- the bed and hanging clothes felt dump as well. The bathrooms is nice. Overall the room was clean and nicely furnished, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the humidity and basement location.

We have a well rested stay. I’ll recommend this place to my friends. Be back this Aug .

Pros: The location is secured. And to St Peter Basilica Newly refurbished. Fully equipped , Fit to a couple . The host is very accommodating.

Cons: The shower area lacks a curtain to keep the floor a little bit dry .

Pros: Excellent location in Vatican with perfect restaurants near by. The host was always friendly and supportive.

Tranquillità, comodità e benessere

Pros: Appartamento pulito e funzionale, in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere anche a piedi Vaticano e centro di Roma. Molto ben organizzato il check in e il sistema di accesso. Piccola cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario e angolo caffè 🙂Bel bagno con una doccia molto ampia. Il Plus decisamente la convenzione col vicinissimo Centro Estetico e Benessere dove abbiamo potuto fare un fantastico massaggio a fine giornata. TOP!

Cons: Nulla

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Roma. Es una habitación con lo necesario para descansar. Buena iluminación y servicios (aire acondicionado, calefacción, cocina, utensilios, productos de limpieza, toallas, papel, secador...) El inmobiliario estaba en perfectas condiciones.

Cons: La humedad y como sugerencia, pondría otro tipo de mampara para que no se salga tanto el agua. También cambiaría el edredón ya que tenía alguna mancha.

Piccola ma comoda

Pros: La comodità del materasso, bagno e cucina piccoli ma comodi, qualità- prezzo e disponibilità del proprietario.

Cons: I cuscini e rumori esterni alla camera

Agradable

Pros: La ubicación. La amabilidad y servicialidad del dueño.

Cons: Se sentía mucho olor a humedad en el cuarto

Perfecta

Pros: Sin duda alguna lo mejor de su ubicación fue la ubicación en un barrio muy tranquilo y el precio. Por otro lado, el anfitrión fue maravilloso, permaneció atento durante toda la estancia y no nos puso ningún problema para dejar las maletas, todo lo contrario. Sin duda alguna repetiré
