A great apartment in a quiet neighborhood!
Pros: The apartment was spacious and especially suitable for families. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with shops, a pharmacy, and public transport and metro stations nearby. The apartment itself was quiet, with large rooms and bathrooms. The host was very nice and welcoming. Check-in was easy and smooth.
Cons: A few kitchen utensils for cooking (like spatulas and ladles) were missing.

Lovely stay in Rome
Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious, new, beautiful and comfortable. Giacomo was very accommodating and provided us with what we needed. Good location, quiet and close to the Vatican.

Pros: Wir waren im November in Rom. Das Appartement war wunderbar für 5 Personen. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Für die Vorbereitung des Frühstücks ist alles vorhanden (Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher). Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine einen Trockner und ein Bügeleisen.
Cons: Ich hatte den Eindruck, das Appartement ist noch nicht fertig eingerichtet (fehlende Deko und Bilder). Eine Ablage in den beiden Schlafzimmern wäre hilfreich (z. B. Nachtkästchen, Kofferständer) und im Vorzimmer mehr Garderobenhaken. Aber das fällt unter Jammern auf höchstem Niveau

Very clean, new and spacious apartment close to Vatican
Pros: Very Spacious with a good sized bathroom and bedrooms. Close to Vatican
Cons: TV was located in a bedroom only whereas we would have preferred it in the living area where the sofa was.

Perfecto!!!!!!
Pros: El apartamento era precioso, muy amplio, muy limpio y a todo comfort. Tenía dos baños perfectamente equipados y la cocina lo mismo. La ubicación es buena, a tan solo unos minutos del metro y a veinte minutos andando del centro. No se oía ningún ruido en el exterior y las camas eran fantásticas.
Cons: El frigorífico no funcionaba bien del todo y se nos echó la comida a perder. Además cuando lo enchufabas pitaba todo el rato.

sehr schöne Wohnung, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
Pros: neu renovierte Wohnung in gepflegtem Haus und guter Wohngegend, zentrale Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung; problemloser netter Kontakt mit Vertrauensperson des Vermieters; sehr guter Betten, Wäsche ... cooles Design - nicht immer praktisch gutes WLAN anfangs kein Warmwasser - Problem wurde jedoch gleich gelöst Klimaanlage vorhanden; wurde jedoch dann nicht verwendet - Probleme mit Kondenswasserbildung. Im Sommer für den oberen Teil der Wohnung notwendig. zu 5 war die Wohnung ideal; vom Geschirr für 6 Personen gedacht; Weingläser wären noch eine nette Idee

Pros: Very clean, recently renovated, with good quality furniture! We were five, and we all loved the place very much. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there were big tables and many seats available. Also very good washing machine and dryer are available. The only suggestion I have to the landlord is to redesign the dish drying rack on top of the sink, as water slightly leaks at the bottom, and the beautiful wood cabinet may get damaged over time. It should be an easy fix.

Pros: O apartamento é igual o que você vê nas fotos. Muito espaçoso e arejado. Também muito próximo da parada do metro. A equipe foi muito atenciosa durante toda a nossa estadia. Um grande achado em Roma!!!

Pros: Appartamento super silenzioso e luminoso tutto a portata di mano ( farmacia, bar, alimentino, estetista, lavanderia…) 😎

Uno splendido appartamento per godersi la permanenza in un’altrettanto splendida città.
Pros: Splendido appartamento ben ristrutturato, molto spazioso, luminoso ed accogliente. Posizione calma in edificio d’epoca con ascensore in quartiere Prati a soli 15 a piedi dal Vaticano. Alta flessibilità dell’host con gli orari di entrata ed uscita. Ottimo livello di pulizia e comodità dei letti.
Cons: La terza camera nel sottotetto non ha finestra quindi immagino che nei periodi caldi sia difficilmente utilizzabile (nel nostro caso i bambini l’hanno felicemente usata ma abbiamo pernottato a fine aprile).
