Very comfortable with everything you need

Pros: Contemporary renovated accommodation in a character building.Lorenzo the host was helpful and attentive, and had suggestions for local restaurants etc. The neighbourhood is charming, with an authentic Roman vibe. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Magnificent

Pros: The room is beautiful. Everything is new. No noise. In a great location, near the park. Very quick walk to the center. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. We will come back.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The room is brand new and furnished with everything we needed. Lorenzo is just a wonderful person: he welcomed us as Romans do in a really friendly way and gave us a lot of information about restaurants, supermarkets, public transports, etc.

Pros: We stayed at the guesthouse for 4 days. Before arrival we have been communicating with Lorenzo and he always answered all our requests. We asked for early check- in and got it from around 13.00. The room is on the second floor and has its own bathroom. The building has also an elevator. The room has been very recently renovated. So everything is new and clean. Lorenzo and his family run a shop across the street. So it was always easy to stop by in case we had questions. On the departure date we could keep our room longer and Lorenzo even gave us a ride to the Termini station because it was impossible to get a taxi. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot to Lorenzo and we will definitely be coming back to his guest house.

Pros: Очень понравилось проживание! Отель чистый, уютный, с приятной атмосферой. Номера аккуратные, всё продумано до мелочей. Расположение удобное — рядом всё, что нужно. Хозяин Lorenzo очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь и подсказать. Спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно приедем ещё раз!
