Convenient, comfortable spot

Pros: So clean, staff very organised and helpful, I arrived late and they arranged a transfer from the airport and everything went smoothly. The room was lovely and perfect for me. It had a hairdryer and soaps and even a shower cap. Place was very quiet, with shutters on the windows, so very comfortable for sleeping.

Cons: The bed wasn’t extremely comfortable, but otherwise it was perfect.

Pros: The location is perfect. It is so close to walk to everything and being on the pedestrian street it was very quiet and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept.

Magic stay in very Italian style!!!

Pros: We absolutely love the location, it was more than our expectations. The style of the building and the area were fantastic. The boys love the lift in your hotel. For the breakfast we had everything we needed. 🥰

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that we had to go back and our stay was too short.

We had business at the South African Embassy and this hotel was perfectly located for our needs.

Pros: The rooms are located in the attractive, historical Quartiere Coppedè which is a quieter, cleaner, non-touristy part of Rome. We loved the old building with its tall wooden entrance door; elegant marble floors; and high ceilings. We were welcomed efficiently and warmly. The entry codes and WiFi were easily explained and we were not left feeling confused or disorientated. The bed was extremly comfortible and the bathroom was perfectly clean. My wife is a light sleeper and even she loved the mattress in our room. The airconditioning made things feel fresh after our travels from Milano; and evening exploring. Architecture fans should check out the area - especially the Fontana delle Rane.

Cons: We were woken very early by someone's cell phone's text message tones right outside our room. Perhaps guests / staff could be asked not to make excessive noise in the common areas before say 7am?

Chilled and comfortable.

Pros: Loved the location even though out of the centre of Rome it was on the bus route. Bus can take you to Rome Termini and you can navigate your way from there. We enjoyed the location as it was quieter. Our host was friendly. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We had hot shower and aircon in our room. There is two supermarkets close by. The building where the bnb located is quiet. The PIN code was easy to navigate. The breakfast was self service and no hot food served. It was fresh. The bnb is close to the South African embassy which was also convenient for us as we had business there. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: We arrived late at night and got a PDF file sent with all the information about how we could get inside and get the keys to our room. The staff were all very nice and the room was very clean. The location was great, there was a bus stop 1-2 minutes from the hotel, where we could take the bus to the city center. The view from the balcony was great!

Cons: The only ‘negative’ was that the breakfast could be a bit better, because the bread was a bit dry. Otherwise, everything was great!

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and convenient. Private rooms were large and bright. Staff were very kind and extremely accommodating. Old style elevator was really cool and helpful. Location is central enough that access to tourist destinations is relatively quick and easy, however it’s located in a residential neighbourhood which kept it quiet in the evenings.

Cons: Having to share facilities with other people. Most were fine but some were inconsiderate about thin walls (loud screaming kids first thing in the morning running in the common areas)
