Pros: The room The room was generally clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very kind and always in contact with us.

Cons: However, the coffee machine was not properly cleaned and the pot had some mold inside. The sound insulation could be improved, as there was noticeable noise from the street. Also, the toilet seat wasn’t perfectly clean when we first arrived.

Close to Termini but not too close

Pros: Great location . There is a small market nearby and many great restaurants . Our room was very comfortable and the bed was unexpectedly soft ( there was a mattress topper ) . We slept really well !! I was unreasonably excited to find an iron and ironing board in the kitchen .. a lot of places don’t provide one . Kevin was easy to contact and very helpful

Amazing spacious and clean apartment in a great neighborhood, a bit further away from city center

Pros: Amazing, spacious and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. Comfortable clean bathroom. Beautiful neighborhood with stunning buildings and some shops around.

Cons: A bit further away from city center if going there by foot. Buses are also available, enjoyable 10-15 min ride, but I wish the place was closer to the center.

Excellent hotel

Pros: This place was so wonderful. The room was very clean and tidy. The owner? was constantly checking us if we are okay out of kindness and answered all the requests we had. We would definitely stay in this place if we come back to Rome. Thanks again for all the help.

Pros: The most - host who was helpful and friendly at all time (early or late!) In the room toilet was really big and comfortable, same bed

Cons: You could hear loud sounds from the street until aprox 11PM and and of the Morning rush.

Pros: The room is very clean and the location is great , it was closed to restaurants and cafes .I was happy with my stay and the receptionist was very respectful , the housekeeping lady was keen to serve us and the place in general was comfortable.

Absolute delight and the staff was amazing

Pros: Great location and the room was very clean and cozy. The staff was also extremely responsive and always checked on me to see if I needed anything. I will absolutely try to stay there again when I’m back in Rome.

Recommended indeed.

Pros: The property is clean, new and well kept. The staff was superb: kind, available and with a lot of attention to all our needs. The position is great, the subway is 15 minutes away but we walked from the Termini train station.

Cons: The bed is too soft (but honestly, this is very personal, not their fault).

Clean, cool and stylish stay

Pros: Host was amazing and attended to everything I needed. The property entry was a little unusual so they even sent me a video on how to gain access. I would be more than happy to stay again.
