Pia Domus

Pros: Cleanliness, quiet neighborhood with great access to the city center

Cons: The sofa was not comfortable to sleep on, there was no towel rack in the bathroom There were 8 of us and the water often got cold. Nothing that important

Clean, modern apartment in calm area, easy access to public transportation & local restaurants

Pros: We've been in Rome many times (in another hotel/apartment), and I can confirm that Pia Domus is located in a calm residential area compared to where we've stayed before. As otherwise in Rome you may often end up staying in a property where you have windows towards a busy street or junction with poor sound isolation. A bus stop (Porta Pia) is just in walking distance (5-7 mins) where you can reach Termini Station in a direct connection within 15 mins or Vatican City within 30 mins. Mini markets and good choices of Italian and international restaurants and an excellent Gelateria are just close by where you can find local people eating there. The property provides complete amenities, kitchenette and equipments for a family comfort stay. It also includes daily cleaning service and they changed the towels everyday. The instruction to access the Appartment was clear, sent through booking com messages.

Cons: We've stayed in an Appartment where the master bed is located in a mezzanine with a narrow staircase. Maybe it is not too ideal for senior people. The window has a back-building view with walls, but it is not dark. And anyway if you visit Rome you won't spend your time to stay too long in your room and this is also why - as advantage - you have a very quiet room there and can sleep well to recharge your energy for the following day.

Pros: The area is quieter than the city center. To our surprise, tea and coffee were waiting for us! Just what we need for a night of refreshment! The host Silvia was very kind, helpful and flexible!! We felt good!

Pros: Destacar el personal, cada día teníamos toallas limpias y hacían la cama. Cualquier duda que teníamos nos lo resolvían rápido. La cocina muy bien equipada y la ubicación del apartamento estupenda, a pocos minutos del autobús y a 20 min andando de la estación Termini. El acceso al apartamento fue muy fácil facilitándonos las claves por mensaje

Cons: La televisión iba muy mal, la puerta del baño no cerraba del todo

Cons: Μικρό κι μακρυά από κέντρο αλλά εμείς το επιλέξαμε οπότε τέλεια

Eccellente e confortevole

Pros: La posizione era ottima e raggiungibile molto facilmente - Non era prevista la colazione ma ho trovato in camera vari snack dolcie e salati oltre alla possibilità di preparare delle bevande calde (caffè e tisane)

Cons: E' stato un pò difficile contattare il responsabile della struttura

Pros: La disponibilité et la réactivité dans les d'échanges et demandes. Les petits plus (café, eau, thé, vienoiseries etc.). Tout était parfait !
