A cosy place to stay

Pros: It had everything we needed, and it was a cosy place to stay, we felt like we were locals living in Rome.

Cons: It is a little bit far from the city centre, but we managed to use the nearest transportation.

Pros: Pros - large apartment, good air conditioning, WiFi, smart TV, access to various utilities (washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob/oven, iron/ironing board), supermarket nearby, choice of restaurants nearby, right next to line C metro and 13 min walk to San Giovanni (line A), very convenient way of unlocking doors using your phone

Cons: Cons - mattress was quite hard; shower had lower pressure and temperamental temperature, shower door wasn't closing properly; some of bowls/glasses were smudged/not properly cleaned; a bit noisy from street traffic; would be nice to supply tea towels/kitchen roll

All is perfect!

Pros: Everything is great! clean and comfortable apartment, everything you need is there. apartment next to the metro and 10 minutes from the city tram. shops nearby.

Pros: The property was a lot more than expected. Has a lovely Balcony looking off to the mountains. This property had some many good features. It had an old school type lift which was a nice treat as we got there, the balcony is brilliant and also had a coffee machine with pods. Getting in the house was hassle free too you have an app type system to get into the property. Then you get a key when you are inside the property. Its all very easy to use. Would definitely come back. Also another pro for this property is it is just over the metro at Lodi with shops and bars nearby.

Pros: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist groß, hell und geräumig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ein Traum mit Blick auf San Giovanni in Laterano und die Stadtmauer. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. U-Bahn direkt vor Tür, sogar eine Bushaltstelle, die wichtig ist, wenn man zu der Via Appia Antica möchte. Man kann auch einem Fahrstuhl zu der Ferienwohnung benutzen. Wir waren total zu Frieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verbieter war super.

Cons: Die Erklärung für den Türcode könnte etwas besser sein.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, im 4.Stock aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Check in funktionierte einwandfrei.

Cons: Die Straße ist sehr laut.

Pros: ubytovanie hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Bytík bol čistý, priestranný aj s malým balkónom. Cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne 😊

Estancia perfecta para familias

Pros: Ubicación perfecta enfrente del metro y de paradas de autobuses. Habitación y comedor amplios, independencia de espacios, cocina con todo lo necesario para una familia de cuatro, balcón con vistas amplias a la calle.

Cons: Todo ha sido perfecto.

Загалом оцінюю на 9/10, бо насправді проживання в цьосюму місці було комфортне для можї родини.

Pros: Квартира ідеально підходить для перебування 3-4 осіб. Є все необхідне, в кухні окрім посуду є капсульна кавомашина, сіль/цукор та по кілька пакетиків чаю та капсул кави. Господар швидко відповідає на повідомлення, в квартирі чисто, немає неприємних запахів чи слідів перебування попередніх гостей.

Cons: Особисто для мене мінусом була відсутність підковдри( ковдра була), власник відповів, що влітку вони не передбачені😕 як на мене більш гігієнічно було б все ж таки випрати підковдру. Але знову таки плям на ковдрі не було помічено. Другий мінус-це шум від дороги, бо вікна виходять на сторону дороги і з +- 5 ранку чути все, навіть при повністю зачинених вікнах. Ця оцінка субʼєктивна, бо я живу в тихому районі і не звикла до зайвих звуків, тому можливо іншим людям це не заважатиме.

Pros: Mieszkanko czyste, na 4 piętrze, jest winda, pod budynkiem metro, ale żeby dojechac do centrum na kolejnej stacji trzeba sie przesiąść,

Cons: Ogólnie chyba większość byla ok, jedynie brak możliwości zostawienia dłużej gdzieś bagaży
