Cozy ans viby
Pros: The apartment is really comfortable, clean and spacious. With nice and cozy italian vibe and sophisticated design. Great choice for two couples. We loved our stay and more than happy to recommend this apartment to others.
Cons: The coffee machine and dishwasher were out of service. Could be a little bit complicated to climb up the stairs to the 4th floor.

Lovely stay connected to local life.
Pros: Pierluigi was super helpful with the details and the transfer from and to airport. The apartment was clean. The sofa was prepared for our arrival. Well-placed: - 1 hour on the clock to St Peter Square using the subway. - shopping area near San Giovanni - 15 min away by foot - zeppola - nearby for coffee and pastry - supermarket and pharmacy 2 min away - La Villetta a restaurant 10 min away by foot (mainly for locals - we took half portions as it was too much food that was delicious)
Cons: The fact that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. In the end it was a minor flaw as everything else was very nice.

Overall a pleasant stay, but some minor maintenance needed
Pros: I had a positive experience at this property—the location was great and the overall comfort was good. However, a few amenities could use some attention.
Cons: The sink in the first bathroom was clogged from the first day, and the handle of the bath was broken, which was a bit inconvenient. With a bit of maintenance, this place would be even better.

Pros: Very clean, nicely furnished with all one can need. Way more than expected.
Cons: The only drawback is that the apartment is situated on the forth floor and one needs to climb the stairs (no lifts in the building). This was not a problem for our group, but might be a problem for those who have knee medical issues.

Good place in Rome
Pros: The place is really good. It's close to a train station and a bus stop, so you have more than one option to go to the city center. It has basically everything you need for a good stay. The owner was very friendly and answered all of your questions quickly.
Cons: The apartment do need to have a coffe maker, there is a machine available but we wanted the traditional coffee not capsules. So we struggled a lot to filter the coffee without a proper coffee maker. Also in one of the bedrooms the blind is not closing entirely so around 8:00 a.m we had the sun hiting directly our faces.

Un apartamento amplio y cómodo, perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma
Pros: El apartamento cumplió perfectamente con las expectativas. Nos facilitaron el código de la caja que guardaba las llaves y todo fue correcto. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero en 15/20 minutos de autobús llegas al centro. Las camas son muy cómodas, se descansa muy bien y sin ruidos.
Cons: Que son cuatro plantas sin ascensor y cuando llegas de un día de mucho andar, cansa. Pero esto ya está indicado por la propiedad, por lo que no es ninguna queja, más bien un aviso al resto de posibles clientes

Miłe, atrakcyjne 5 dni w środku jesieni!
Pros: Piękne mieszkanie w mega wygodnej lokalizacji - 100 metrów do przystanku autobusowego, 300 metrów do stacji metra!! Trzy duże pokoje, kuchnia, dwie łazienki, pełne wyposażenie, klimatyzacja, wydajne wifi - czego chcieć więcej?? Dodatkowo mega uprzejmy i elastyczny właściciel - przyjechaliśmy sporo wcześniej niż deklarowaliśmy, mimo to po 10 minutach zjawił się kolega właściciela z kluczami, objaśnił wszystko. Dodatkowo przy wyjeździe mogliśmy zostawić bagaże do późnego popołudnia, żeby swobodnie wykorzystać jeszcze dzień na zwiedzanie Rzymu. Coś można dodać? Bardzo dobre wrażenie. Polecam wszystkim!
Cons: Wszystko się podobało! Jak to w Rzymie :)
