Pros: The accommodation was outstanding! Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, exactly like in the photos, if not better. The location is great, in a quiet area but still close to everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Special praise goes to the host, incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for any questions. They made sure I felt at home and gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I truly felt welcome. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-organized place to stay with a fantastic host. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We consider our stay at Casa Nica a success - it met our needs.

Pros: The Casa Nica apartment is located close to the metro and bus stop. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood. Opposite the apartment there is a well-stocked Tiger market open until 8:30 p.m. The apartment manager waited for our arrival at the agreed time and quickly answered our questions. We felt at home in the apartment, it is cozy and well-equipped, it met our expectations. The windows and balcony overlook the internal patio where we drank coffee.

Cons: Too little lighting in the bathroom, no microwave, the kitchen floor needs to be refreshed.

Buen lugar para conocer Roma

Pros: La ubicación, había locales cerca. El aire acondicionado, y que podía abrir las puertas desde mi celular. Había parada de autobús afuera y a una cuadra del metro.

Cons: Olía como a casa vieja, pero nada que afecte la estancia.

Gutes und preisgünstiges Wohnen bei bester Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Haushalt braucht. Insbesondere ist die Qualität der Matratzen hervorzuheben. Auch die Ruhe im Haus trotz seiner Größe war sehr angenehm.

Cons: Es hatte den Anschein, als ob im Bad Schimmel gewesen wäre

Siamo stati bene

Pros: La posizione è ottimale perchè è molto vicino alla stazione della metro C e anche negozi, bar e ristoranti sono molto vicino. L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano, è stato ristrutturato e affaccia sul cortile interno per cui è silenzioso; l'angolo cottura è completo di pentole e stoviglie. E' disponibile l'aria condizionata nella camera da letto che non abbiamo avuto bisogno di utilizzare data la stagione. Ho trovato molto comodo avere la possibilità di aprire sia il portone dello stabile che la porta dell'appartamento con il cellulare.
