Great place with a helpful host

Pros: This apartment is in an excellent location with good facilities and plenty of space. The host let us in and gave us local restaurant recommendations and lots of information about the area. The kitchen/diner meant we didn't need to go out for breakfast. I especially liked the coffee machine with coffee pods provided. There was an issue with drainage in the showers and he was very quick to respond. He came round to fix it on a Saturday.

Cons: We found the beds a bit too soft.

Fantastic stay in Rome and lots of help from the host.

Pros: It was a beautiful spot, lovely apartment and great for the price. Andrea was also an excellent host. Couldn’t recommend the place or him anymore.

Pros: Andrea was a great host picked us up at the airport (extra) showed us around the area invited us for coffee.This was over and above.The only thing that stopped us giving 10/10 was the a/c wasn’t working properly and it was hot out otherwise thanks Andrea highly recommend.

Lovely Apartment

Pros: Andrea was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a quiet and convenient area, so easy to get to where you need. We had a great stay in Rome.

Cons: Noisy in early morning due to construction next door. No milk for coffee.

Cons: de airco in een kamer was kapot.Gastheer Andrea heeft alle moeite gedaan om te herstellen en heeft per slot van rekening pas na 2 dagen een nieuwe laten installeren.Beetje ongemak door hoge temperaturen maar dank zij Andrea's hulpzaamheid ok daarachter en zelf een vergoeding teruggeven.Top.

Geweldig mooi appartement in een geweldig mooie stad.

Pros: Het is een prachtig appartement met 2 badkamers, een keukentje met kookgelegenheid en een bank om te relaxen. Airco werkte goed. Het is dicht bij het centrum met voor de deur een metrostation en de halte van buslijn 81 die je naar de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden brengt. Ook in de buurt restaurantjes en een winkel voor levensmiddelen. Tegen een vergoeding heeft de gastheer Andrea ons opgehaald op het vliegveld. Tijdens de rit naar het appartement vertelde hij al veel over Rome. Hij nodigde ons uit om koffie te gaan drinken met een stukje gebak en daarna heeft hij het appartement laten zien. Via een plattegrond heeft hij de bezienswaardigheden laten zien. Het waren geweldige dagen in een geweldige appartement in een geweldig mooie stad.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodny i dobrze wyposażony apartament położony w spokojnej okolicy w pobliżu stacji III linii metra. Mili i pomocni gospodarze. Wiele cennych informacji i wskazówek.

Pros: Das Appartement war genauso schön, wie es die Fotos zeigen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Viertel hinter San Giovanni bietet direkt an der Wohnung einen kleinen Markt und viele gute Restaurants. Andrea der Besitzer war super zuvorkommend mit Möglichkeiten das Gepäck abzustellen, hatte viele Tips für den Aufenthalt und organisierte die Transporte von und zum Flughafen. Mit der Metro ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und allen wichtigen Punkten. Eine absolute Empfehlung.
