Essenza House Porta Pia

Pros: The location is ideal to reach the centre on foot and is only 20 minutes from Termini. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, so we did not have a chance to fully use all the potentials. The instructions how to get in the apartment were precise, so we entered the apartment with ease. The apartment is on ground floor, overlooking the internal courtyard, so we felt pretty safe, although we kept the window closed. There is a shared kitchen you can use, however we did not use it as we did not have time. Overall, we were satisfied.

Cons: The fact that it is in the ground floor, and that the bathroom is a bit small.

Lovely stay in Rome

Pros: Loved this stay in rome, the room was nice, not very big but thats totally okay for the price. I liked the interior. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around so thats very nice. Also felt very safe because you are inside the apartment building. We spent a couple days here and it was perfect for a bit of a longer stay, you could get housekeeping every day so that was unexpected for me but very nice!

Cons: The room is not very sound proof, we could hear other people leaving and coming in, for us it was okay but for other that might be an issue.

10/10 stay in Rome

Pros: Great location with a lot of different bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room is clean and tidy, with everything you need for your stay. Host Paolo is super nice and responsive. Nice little kitchenette with a dining area is available at the property with small bites options available to have with your morning coffee or tea, also available in the kitchenette. All in all - great value for money, I highly recommend!

Great stay

Pros: Paolo was of great help, his instructions for check in were 10/10 fabulous! Nice and tidy room. We loved the location, it was a friendly and what seemed to be a local sort of neighbourhood with great restaurants etc. 10 minute walk to the metro was great.

Pros: It‘s located in a beautiful house with a great location, just a few minutes away from Termini with the bus. The room was cozy, cool, and really clean. The instructions from the owner were clear about how to get the keys, find the way, etc. He also replied very quick.:)

Cons: I have nothing to complain about :)

Very enjoyable stay in Rome

Pros: Very clean; spacious and comfortable. The room was still fresh despite very hot weather as it’s located on the ground floor (on the backyard side so quiet and safe).

Pros: Clean and well-maintained, with a good location and has everything listed. Recommendations!

Cozy

Pros: Like: - modern room - close to coffee shops - easy check in Dislike: - if someone wakes up at 6 AM and makes a coffee, the sound from the common space made by the coffee machine wakes you up

Pros: Very cozy apartment 15 minutes walk from Termini, but far enough from it to be safe. Villa Borghese and Villa Torlonia are nearby, the historic center of Rome and all the sights are about half an hour on foot. The apartment has a small shared kitchen where you can prepare coffee or have some cookies and snacks. The rooms are cleaned daily. The owner, Paolo, was very hospitable and was in touch with me on Whatsapp with all questions

Cons: The rooms are not very large, as it seemed from the photos at first, but it's ok to stay for a few days.

Pros: Very clean and tidy. Refrigerator in kitchen and in the room. Coffee machine and a possibility to cook water and heat food in the microwave Owen.

Cons: I need a flat pillow, had difficulties with the pillow, otherwise it was very good
