Comfy apartment next to Vatican City

Great all round and would come back

Pros: Absolutely lovely apartment. Very well appointed and very clean. Beds were really comfortable and there were nice touches such as coffee pods, shower gel and dishwasher tablets provided. The apartment is on the first floor but there is a lift too. It is situated out of the city centre but only a 15 minute walk to the Vatican past loads of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. There are bus stops just down the road and supermarkets a 5 minute walk away. The self check-in was really easy and the agent was really friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Probably one of the easiest rentals we have done to date !! All in all I couldn’t fault it and would definitely come back.

Pros: Our stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. What truly stood out was the excellent communication with the host. From the very beginning, they were kind, helpful, and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and outstanding hospitality.

Great place in Rome

Pros: The place was really nice and spacious. It was in a quiet neighborhood where you can hear the birds in the morning. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms make it perfect for couples and families traveling together. The kitchen had the needed kitchenware to prepare a meal - pots, pans, dishes. The beds are spacious though a little bit stiff, so if you like a soft and squishy mattress - you might be a little disappointed. The apartment is in a quite communicative spots - lots of stores and busses around. It is about 25 minute walk to Vatican City. It is a little bit further from some of the tourist spots like Trevi Fountain or the Colosseum but there are buses that can get you there easily.

Cons: The kitchen was lacking condiments - there was no salt, oil or spices to prepare your food and we had to buy everything. The electricity is quite low if I might say - if one part of the stove is on and you decide to put another pot or pan on another - the power will go down and you will have to deal with the electricity panel. The coffee pods that were left for us were for a different type of machine and there was a hassle until we figured it out. For a 5 day stay the host left us only 2 tablets for the dishwasher and no sponge or dish soap to wash any dirty dishes in between which was quite inconvenient as well. We didn't find slippers in the apartment, so if you are usually cold (because the floor is stone) - better pack one pair with you.

Very comfy

Pros: Very comfy apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There's a nice balcony overlooking a quiet street. We stayed there twice during our week in Italy and the host was very accomodating.

Location and good value for money

Pros: Location - close to Vatican, many restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable. Very good contact with Andrea who gave clear instructions and advised re my questions.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable: washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron. Andrea was a responsive host. Thank you Andrea!

Cons: Close to the Vatican, but you need to use public transport to get to the other sights. Several buses pass nearby, so this problem was easily solved for us.

Pros: Great apartment! Good location, 30 min walk to the Vatican, 20 min to the centre by bus.Very well-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses), everything is very clean. Very comfortable beds. Great communication with the owner - Andrea. She kept asking if everything was ok, very nice and helpful. She also ordered us a taxi to the airport. I recommend this to everyone!
