Very good place to stay in Rome for a few nights

Pros: Great appartment with everything you need. Very easy to check in and the host very very attentive - thank you! You have a bus stop right in front of the street door

Great, well equiped and very clean self catering accomodation near Central Rome

Pros: This was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness was exceptional, all the facilities we required were provided and the host, Michela, was very helpful and had kindly provided a lot of local information upon our arrival. The terrace provided a perfect place to sit outside and inside the fixtures were modern and the AC worked very well. The bed was comfortable, with clean bedding and towels provided, and a fridge/freezer, electric cooker and washing machine were provided. We were never disturbed by any noises from other residents and it is in a good safe area. This is within walking distance to the Vatican and had very good bus services to access Central Rome. There are several grocery stores within easy walking distance. There is also a nice park and a very interesting viewpoint within a short walk. We would happily stay here again.

Cons: Nothing we did not like.

I will recommend this apartment without any reservations.

Pros: An exceptional level of cleanliness. The host was super helpful, she is readily available to attend to any questions and to give you all required information. The area is close to all major city attractions with easy access to public transportation.

We were highly satisfied with the whole approach and the apartment.

Pros: It was definitely the attitude of a nice owner. She was happy to help with everything, give advice and send first information about public transport before arrival. She also gave us perfectly described instructions on how to get to the apartment. It is definitely a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well equipped. The air conditioning on very hot days was nice. In the end there is nothing to complain about. The location is also great in the mix as you can get everywhere very quickly.

Excellent comfortable location.

Pros: The location was excellent for visiting Rome. Good bus service very nearby to take us into the centre, with Metro and Rail links within a 20 min walk. Although the studio is on the 5th floor there is a working lift. All relevant details for local shops and restaurants were supplied by our host who greeted us on the first day. Our host was very helpful and responded to our questions very well.

Cons: There is some background street noise from the main road nearby but given that Rome is a bustling capital city this was not a big issue especially with windows closed.

Good location and helpful host

Pros: It is a very nice place. Very good location with a public transport, close to the sightseeings. The host has a clear instructions and helps to solve any problem through the messager.

Cons: Everything was OK. Just don't forget slippers the floor in March is quite cold!

Pros: Michela was very helpful and friendly. Fast and correct help. Very nice place, tidy and well organised. Super nice terrace. The buss is just at the corner and very good information in the room about how to get around.

Fantastic, great apartment, great location, great host

Pros: Michela is a fantastic host and always available to help with any issues. The apartment was fantastic with a wonderful terrace to sit on whenever you want to chill. The location of the property is brilliant. Its in a very nice area of Rome with easy bus links to the centre of Rome, and Metro station only a 15 min walk away. For me personally, it allowed me to live like an Italian for a week. Special mention to the local people who are great and friendly. 3 bars for breakfast & a sneaky afternoon coffee, Papa Rex restaurant down the road has amazing food. I loved it and had a wonderful week.

Cons: I honestly have nothing to complain about - apart from having to go home and back to reality !

Pros: We stayed at Holiday Rental St. Peter’s area for the second time, pre Covid and now, August2023. Apartment is located conveniently close the St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican, 15-20 minutes’ walk. Very well kept, clean, didn’t have any issues with anything. It has a large terrace, kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay, sleeping area spacious, good A/C quiet and efficient. Area is very quiet, no noises overnight, we really enjoyed our glass of wine on the terrace at the end of a busy walking day in Rome. Our host, Michela was very helpful, providing all the support we needed.
