An excellent stay!!!!! Perfect place.
Pros: Simona’s apartment and Simona herself, is hospitality of another level. When you arrive, you are greeted by Simona, who explains everything concerning the place itself. She prepares the apartment so it actually feels like a home away from home. You have everything (and more - things you might not even have at home :)) ready for you. You have a welcome pack ready in the kitchen and on the bathroom. Tiny things await you on every corner. The apartment is also immaculately clean. There is a covered parking spot in front of the building. You can park your car for the rest of the stay and make use of the trains/buses the stops are a two-minute walk away, as is a Carrefour supermarket. All in all, a mora than perfect stay in the eternal city.

Pros: Simona is one of a kind host! This is the first time that we had such a wonderful experience when travelling. The apartment saw very clean, there was so many small things that make you feel so comfortable like you are in your dream place. On top of that Simona share full program of places to visit, restaurants and best transport that we can use. I would like to deeply thank you for your warm hospitality and hope to see you soon!

This apartment truly felt like my home in Rome!
Pros: Simona welcomed me at the apartment and handed me the keys, instantly making me feel at home. The apartment is spacious enough for one or a couple, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful, modern bathroom. Simona really went out of her way to make my stay special, surprising me with prosecco, a selection of sweets, and breakfast essentials. The location is It’s just a short walk to Gemelli station. From Termini, take Metro A to Valle Aurelia, then switch to the FL3. It takes about 30 minutes. Getting to the Vatican is a quick ride from Gemelli to St. Pietro. I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Rome—it’s a home away from home.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like about the apartment. Just a heads-up for fellow travellers—if you plan on staying out late, be mindful of the train schedule, as buses can be unreliable (yes, worse than trains).

Quite perfect
Pros: For someone who in the past 4 years lived from hotel to hotel, from Airbnb to Airbnb, this was another level of “fully furnished accommodation”. First time I really did not miss anything.
Cons: Neighbors sometimes smoke on the hallway and you can feel It.

My stay can be only be described as a marvelous experience, highly recommended to all.
Pros: I am a physician, Dr. Farhat, from Pakistan and was in Rome for a conference. (Jawziya, my niece, found this apartment for me, and she gets several brownie points for doing so.) This is an immaculate, well furnished, spacy apartment, truly a home away from home. Airy, well lit rooms with all the amenities one could wish for, be it in the kitchen, bedroom or the bathroom. On a small street with hedges of fragrant creepers. Simona, my host, made it an extra special place with her warmth, kindness, and sunny disposition. She had the kitchen stacked with all kinds of breakfast stuff making my life easy as I was busy with meetings and had little spare time. Simona was present to welcome me when I arrived, kept in touch with me throughout my stay, and even organized a taxi for me to get to the airport when I was flying back home. Wow!
Cons: Cannot think of anything I did not like. My stay was superb.
