Great hosts and convenient clean accommodation

Pros: Helpfulness of hosts. Bright spacious apt with all necessary equipment. Excellent location convenient to Vatican and well served by buses.

Enjoyed the stay we are planning to return in 2026

Pros: All as described in the on line description, landlord was easily contacted, close proximity to bus stops, supermarkets and newsagents (for the bus passes). Elevator access, secure building entrance, good sized and comfy bed, airport transfers arranged at very reasonable price, balcony although small gets the sun most of the day and offers two seats and small table.

Cons: Kitchen let down with a small grill and oven combo, could be improved at little cost, no toaster. Lounge window could do with some maintenance to improve the fit and reduce the street sounds. Its an over the bath shower, needs a new head and attention to the brackets, plenty of hot water and good flow, just needs maintenance. Hairdryer needs replacing. But these are minor details all easily sorted.

Pros: Clean, spacious. Very welcoming, friendly and informative staff. Walking distance to the Vatican. Bus stop right outside the apartment that takes you to city centre.

Pros: 简直是我遇到最好的房东，热情接待提早很多到达的我们，详细介绍罗马各处景点，帮我们根据规划游览路线，房间内还准备了水、果汁、零食。楼下公交车直达梵蒂冈，对面马路公交车直达老城中心，交通非常方便，强烈推荐。期待下次再见。

Pros: El piso está muy bien pero deberían de reparar algunas cosas como por ejemplo la tapa del váter q está rota y es muy incómodo. La ducha tampoco está bien,si te descuidas se sale el agua. Por otra parte,la señora q nos recibió fué estupenda,muy atenta y agradable.

Cons: Lo q menos me ha gustado ha sido la tardanza en contestar a los mensajes por parte del propietario.

Pros: Il Signor Proto ci ha accolto e fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci ha spiegato bene le funzionalità dell’appartamento e si è dilungato anche in spiegazioni molto utili per girare Roma al meglio. Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Non mancava nulla. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato

Pros: El lugar está bastante apartado del centro, por lo tanto, hay un ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Por la noche no hay demasiado ruido y se puede dormir bien. El apartamento venía con aire acondicionado, una bendición si viajas a Roma en verano.
