Fantastic stay! A home at Rome!

Pros: Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a very good location, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast perfect and everybody is so efficient! The beds were very confortable and the rooms sparkling and clean!

Cons: Maybe you can consider to remake some details in the rooms, just normal maintenance. But i believe that it is not easy to keep the hotel all the time like brand new.

Really enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay there again if I go back to Rome

Pros: It was very well located only a short walk to the Colosseum. The room was clean and a good breakfast was included. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome staff, perfect location, great value for money

Pros: For family with 2 small kids, hotel was perfect for: -great location ( most of attractions are on walking distance, 10min to Colosseum) -spacy room -delicious breakfast -really great 3rd floor balcony for coffee after breakfast -very very kind staff. Gigi and Lorenzo, you were very kind and welcoming, thank you!

Fab! Would recommend & stay again

Pros: Everything! The room was fab, We were kindly upgraded on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled with a 7 year old, 5 year old and a 8 month old. The staff were kind and friendly. Our baby took abit unwell one night and it was no trouble for extra bedding and towels. We had the family room with 5 beds and a travel cot. We also had a case and a stroller. It was perfect, plenty of room. Would 100% stay again

Cons: No iron/board available... but no biggie. Saved me a job!

Excellent stay. I recommend it.

Pros: The hotel is well located, with several small restaurants nearby, easy to walk to the Colosseum, the Forum, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Good size room, the bedding and towels were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. The reception staff were extremely kind. Very good value for money. I recommend it and would certainly return.

Cons: Nothing.

Superb location and extraordinary staff

Pros: The hotel has a superb location — it is less than a 15-minute walk from both Termini Station and the Colosseum. The neighborhood is full of excellent restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I must admit that the staff was extraordinary. Everyone was highly professional and polite, which made us feel truly welcome.

Cons: Unfortunately, our room did not match any of the ones shown in the pictures. It clearly needs some renovation. The wall paint had not been refreshed for quite some time, and the bathroom fixtures as well as the furniture looked rather worn out. Although the tea and coffee set was a nice touch, the plastic cups were rather disappointing.
