Great location, friendly staffs and wonderful first experience in Rome!

Pros: Great location, close Colosseo and easy to way about to different attractions. Very clean room and comfortable bed with good breakfast to start our day. Friendly and helpful front desk staffs.

Pros: The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast options were good, perhaps they could be improved for those who prefer savory options (many sweet options are available). After all, we found everything we were looking for.

Fantastic hotel

Pros: The hotel was a perfect location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great lots of selection. But the highlight of the hotel is the staff. Especially Valeria! From the second we arrived until we left she could not of been more helpful or knowledgable. We will definitely return and our family will be booking too.

Good location and friendly staff, but several comfort issues that do not match a 4-star standard.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Overall, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and good facilities.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Our room was facing the main street, so there was some noise, although it wasn’t very disturbing for us. The biggest issue was the temperature control in the room. After a long day of sightseeing, we returned to find the windows left open by housekeeping, and the room was very cold. We could not adjust the temperature ourselves, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. We contacted the reception and they adjusted it for us, but the room remained quite cold that evening. Similarly, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. Breakfast was also disappointing, as there was no meat available, only some fish. While there were fruits, bakery products, and a few vegetables, the overall selection did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Excellent choice would return again.

Pros: Reception staff all amazing, cannot do enough for you. Hotel was spotless, 10 mins walk from train station and close to all attractions. Breakfast was limited (meat free) but we did know this so wasnt unexpected.

Cons: Coffee machine wasnt great, would have liked some fresh coffee and bread for breakfast.
