Pros: Friendly owner. Close to bus/tram with direct line to city center Modern building Gym available The nearby « social hub » is a place to visit to relax and eat delicious pizza

Makelloses Design-Apartment – modern, gemütlich & zentrumsnah

Pros: We had a wonderful time in these apartments! The flat is spotlessly clean, with brand-new furniture and fresh renovations—everything is done with taste and thoughtful details. The location is very convenient: there’s a stop nearby that makes getting to the center of Rome easy. It’s a very comfortable and cozy place, and we definitely recommend it!

Pros: Our stay at Giuditta’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was brand new, cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the tram, a supermarket, and Termini Centrale train station, which made exploring the city and beyond incredibly convenient. Giuditta was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on our next visit to Rome!

Pros: Wir waren dort mit meinem Mann und meiner 1-jährigen Tochter für ein Städte-Trip in Rom. Das Apartment ist sehr modern, sauber und gemütlich. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Ich habe mich dort sicher gefühlt. Ein- und auschecken hat problemlos geklappt. Alles super!

Cons: Alles war super, jedoch würde ich nächstes Mal noch zentraler buchen. Es war von den Sehenswürdigkeiten leider etwas weiter weg. Von Bahnhof termini zu Fuß würde ich nicht nochmal machen.

Estancia perfecta

Pros: Precioso y nuevo apartamento, nos encantó, muy limpio y cómodo todo. Las camas y almohadas super cómodas. Estación de tren Termini cercana y justo al lado del apartamento, parada del tranvía que en 10 minutos te lleva al Coliseo o si prefieres, en 5 minutos a una parada de metro. Nuestra anfitriona muy pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada, nos recomendó lugares, nos facilitó un contacto para un taxi. Volvimos encantados, si volvemos a Roma sin duda repetiremos. Por la noche un barrio con mucho ambiente. Nos dejaron también pastillas para el lavavajillas, un estropajo...que en nuestro caso, al estar sólo 3 noches, se agradece mucho para no tener que comprar esas cosas. Hay un supermercado cerca y una heladería riquísima

Cons: Sólo como sugerencia, aunque para nada resta puntuación al alojamiento, algún utensilio más de cocina (algún cubierto más, una ensaladera...)
