Pros: The apartment met our expectations. Everything as described. Clean and cozy. Very good contact with the host.

Cons: The area around Termini station is specific, but we managed it by taking the tram.

Pros: Apartment was very clean same time it shows that apartment new for rent. There are many stations near the place and it is to rich anywhere in 10-15 minutes. Renter was very kindly she try to help us to enjoy our trip. Thanks

Bel appartement à 10 minutes de la gare Termini

Pros: Très bel appartement, bien agencé, très agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut comme équipement (télé, frigo, micro ondes, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, wifi ) Ascenseur à disposition Situé à 15 minutes en bus de la gare Termini.

Cons: Vue sur la voie ferré et on entend un peu le passage des trains malgré une bonne isolation. Un peu loin du centre de Rome mais heureusement il y a des bus gratuits.

Pros: Boa localização, com muitas opções de transporte e direções na proximidade. Apartamento luminoso e com a maior parte dos equipamentos que podem tornar a estadia confortável. Anfitrião muito simpático, atencioso e eficiente. Excelente cama. Apartamento com nível de isolamento térmico acústico de nível A. Apesar do calor exterior na ordem dos 38º-40º C, a casa mantinha-se fresca durante o dia sem necessidade de ligar o ar condicionado. Bastava ligar quando chegámos a casa e imediatamente se sentia a temperatura baixar.

Cons: Senti falta de uma cafeteira, de torradeira e de colheres de chá.

Super confortabil

Pros: Apartamentul nou, foarte curat, zona este puțin periferică dar ai acces cum ieși din bloc la mijloace de transport care te duc în zonele turirstice foarte ușor. Pentru mn care sunt pretențioasă la mirosuri, curățenie aș spune un 9 .

Cons: Check in-out cred ca s ar putea lucra la ore, e dificil sa stai cu bagajele daca ai zbor la prima ora. As recomanda un aparat de cafea, cu toate ca exista la parterul blocului magazine.

Хорошее место, уверен, что со временем станет отличное, когда немного будет обжитым.

Pros: Новые апартаменты, еще не все успели раскрыть из упаковки. Охраняемая территория. Вежливый персонал. Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца. Большое количество посуды.

Cons: Нет некоторых бытовых вещей: 1. Крючки в ванной для полотенец; 2. Низкая скорость интернета; 3. Нет шампуня/ мыла в душе.
